The Beds not comfortable the pillows not comfortable made my neck hurt badly! Housekeeping ws good! Breakfast ws not good & not buffet!

The lady at the desk wasn't that friendly and customer service was definitely lacking. Only hotel that told me I had to plunge my own toilet because it was backed up and wouldn't go down. The maintenance man literally left the plunger at my door. Then I had to call four days after my check out date to see why my deposit wasn't returned to find out they never released it. Its giving they don't like to do their job and if you don't stay on them you will be jerked around. Would not stay with them again.
