Went in July super hot and humid. Spent out time in the beach and swimming pool. Nice property, wish they would have a refrigerator or microwave in rooms. But overall wonderful place to stay. Close to restaurants and stores.

Overall it’s a good experience! A bit upsetting that every year there’s less perks for more money. Use to be free valet and they make it 10$ , now it’s 15. Breakfast is free, but it’s very small and only 4 options! They use to have a buffet for around 12/15 $ which was satisfying. Room rates went up, but I guess… it’s inflation.Staff is very nice, but very young and I would say very inexperienced . Mr Pain , the big boss is always on property and willing to solve any complaints. Overall good experience!

Almost everything was perfect, I didn't understood why there was valet parking then realized that it was because the parking lot is a bit far from the hotel.

A really cozy place to stay

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Puerto Peñasco. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The property was exceptionally clean, family-friendly, and still offered a fun, lively atmosphere. We loved spending time in the lobby, where World Cup matches were playing on large TVs, creating a great energy for guests. The lobby bar was fantastic, with skilled and attentive bartenders who made excellent, strong drinks and provided outstanding service. The pool area was one of our favorite features. The pool was large, clean, and refreshing, with beautiful waterfalls flowing into a separate circular swim-up bar that added a unique touch to the experience. Our suite exceeded expectations. We enjoyed breathtaking ocean views, a spacious king-size bed in a private bedroom separate from the living room, and convenient amenities including a refrigerator, kitchen counter space, and coffee setup. The toiletries were high quality, and the rainforest shower head with excellent water pressure made every shower feel luxurious. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, and the service was spectacular from start to finish. Overall, we were extremely grateful for such a memorable experience. This hotel provided the perfect combination of comfort, fun, relaxation, and excellent hospitality. My wife and I had a fantastic trip, and we look forward to returning in the future.
