Nice room, comfortable beds.

The WiFi isn’t good at all and we tried to call and inquire about it and the man at the front desk said “it’s just like that”. The bed has deep indents and isn’t comfortable. The breakfast one morning didn’t have any type of meat. It is in a great location, pretty clean overall even though you can tell it’s older, and friendly staff.

Property was nice, clean, and spacious. Fitness room was small tho. Consisted of a single treadmill and elliptical. Overall, a nice stay

Hotel was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was standard, waffles, eggs , sausage etc Close to the Biltmore Mansion if you choose to visit

This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was exceptionally clean and I think salt water rather than primarily chemical. Breakfast was adequate with a choice of foods, both cold and hot.

Check in was easy and the front desk agents were nice and helpful! The room was clean with a comfy bed and soft sheets. There were plenty of bath towels for a two night stay. We’ll be back when visiting Asheville!

Room above us was loud and kept us awake both nights. Ice machine has glue loosely pulled apart trying to keep the face on. Nasty. Pool was clean.

Nice room design. Problem you can see a lot of young people around smoking pot feel like your car is not safe to park in the area.

Great location. Clean room. Only complain was that they did not give us enough soap or shampoo. Easy fix. Will definitely stay again.

We came up to Asheville with the family. We stayed in the larger suites as we had 5 people in the rooms. There was plenty of bed space and room.

Very nice

The room was well maintained, quiet and very clean. Nice decor. All amenities I look for were present (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, adequate free parking.) Breakfast was varied and bountiful.

I went to lie down cause I booked the stsy since I live in a cabin in Franklin nc. I did check in early. Then I told my husband my stomach was hurting. I started smelling a smell in the hallways and the room. My husband and I had a business trip there for his health not far from the hotel at a doctor office. My husband took the key to the girl at the check in desk. She told him if we hadn’t slept in the bed she could refund us. My husband never asked her for a refund so I went o her and told her I heard what she said and ( most certainly do not sleep with the same sex). I told her “I wasn’t interested!” I don’t need to know why water is dripping from the ceilings. Cause I will never give them my concern. Hotel is a 0 as per me writing this it is not ready to be opened. It needs a thorough check.

Staff at front desk made us feel like she was stealing our debit/credit information- had to freeze it and reorder. Dirty sheets! Yuck. Bath tub wouldn’t drain. Floors were sticky. Overall not impressed.

Only 3 handicap parking slots; not enough parking for guests on same level as hotel; additional parking as it is, is located at the adjoining property, at a steep incline difficult to deal with if you are handicapped.

Carbon monoxide detected in the room and staff not helpful regarding situation at all. Rooms had no airflow and very stuffy!

Second time staying at the property, only two issues I have is the ac in the room is never really that cold and the breakfast is ok at best. Both times I have stayed the ac units appear to be struggling and older, and the breakfast is very continental (it does the job but it’s lacking compared to other hotels in the area) only two complaints I have. Everything is always great besides those two things and honestly not even a deal breaker for me.

Bad was that no carpeting at this property,so we heard people aboves, every step!!!!
