I fell getting out of the bathtub there was sticker like things but they were worn down so the bottom of the tub was very slippery Otherwise the people and stay was fine

I meet a young lady by the name of Zya that worked in the open space for breakfast and she provided excellent customer service going beyond to ensure that me and other guest needs were addressed.

Property is really well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tiffany from the front desk was wonderful with our accomodations, even when unfortunately we had to change our room due someone tampering with the smoke detector to smoke in the room. I recommend this hotel!

Overall the property is beautiful, clean, safe snd well maintained. Majority of the Guest Services staff is friendly and personable except Jasmine who displayed a lack of professionalism. The room was nice and clean. However, there was an exception of a hint of mildew smell. I brewed some coffee and it seemed to cover it for my overnight stay. Breakfast was served with more options than expected. I enjoyed my short stay.

This property is in a nice remote area not too far from the airport. The rooms were a bit dirty especially the sheets, it would be nice if they updated them. Carpet is old and the furniture looks old and dirty as well. Staff were friendly and there is plenty parking. Walls are super thin.

The hotel is nice, but I found the continental breakfast to be quite limited. During my six-day stay, I was dissatisfied with the consistently poor daily breakfast options. Furthermore, my room was noisy, and I don't anticipate any changes to address this issue. I'm just sharing my thoughts with you. Thank you!
