My club room was spacious and comfy. My only criticism was the room was rather hot, which is understandable in the recent sunny/warm weather. Only being able to open the window around 20mm certainly didnt help and could also be classed potential hazard in the event of a fire.

Checkin process was quick and easy. My Club room was on the 2nd floor and was clean, tidy and comfy. The temperature in the room was quite warm, mostly due to the sunny summer weather. Although a small fan was in the room this didnt make much difference and unfortunately the window was only about to open about 20mm, meaning there was no chance of any breeze or fresh air entering the room.

No air conditioning and the rooms felt like ovens. The staff were no helpful or sympathetic A most forgettable stay.

Good location, very hot room no air conditioner, no towel rails in the bathroom and the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working.

For such a relatively new hotel there was no air-conditioning in the room so after a relatively warm day the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The tiny fan provided made very little difference.

Our room lacked some basic facilities such as a hook for your towel when getting out of the shower, somewhere to hang your hand towel or bath towels to dry No where to put your case / bags during your stay except all over the floor Limited hanging space We asked for a ‘freshen up’ of our room - we got clean towels placed in the sink with dirty ones on top and the bin emptied. That was it No top up of tea / coffee etc When I mentioned this to reception staff, not really interested. Just asked how much tea/ coffee I needed Poor customer service

Good staff, clean. Dropped a star because there was no fridge in the room but all good overall

No air con. Staff scarce. Food terrible. Service awful. Polyester sheets. Budget decor. Dirty. Good bar and gym but as a hotel a solid 2 star.

Paying extra for parking is only down side. Otherwise great stay Mudassar

Staff great, but at this time of year the room was incredibly hot. Frankly unusable. I wouldn’t stay again in any kind of hot weather

Basic, but OK. Felt the room could do with a refresh. Staff were very good, apart from one on reception who told me I would have to pay for parking in the hotels own car park! Thankfully this was not the case. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. My room had a connecting door to the next room, which although locked, wasn't soundproof and I could hear what they were watching on TV until late. I didn't use the bar or other facilities, so can't comment on these.

The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful. The room was fine but could have done with air con! Bar area is really nice.

Check in is very long winded and unnecessary, it was painful.

Very disappointed that on one of the hottest days 30c+ there was no AC in bedroom. Nothing was mentioned on checking in. Fan was supplied in room. I think there should have been a discount offered.

Decent hotel, a bit far out from town, and it was very hot and with no air con that made it a bit uncomfortable. Biggest challenge was noise given that there is a gym and lively bar and terrace and we did have to have the windows open.

Overall the room of the hotel was clean and tidy, however there is no air conditioning in the room. With the current summer weather it was quite hot and stuffy in the room. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was difficult but I managed to find a parking space, but it was pretty busy as a car park. Staff on entry were really friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa or the swimming pool facilities so I can't comment on that

Stay here often to visit family. Lovely to have recently clean carpets and refurbished rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I booked through hotels.com because the hotels own website would not allow me to book. Parking , gym facilities were not included in the price and were additional and payable at hotel. Staff were very much - there’s nothing we can do. The room and bathroom was fresh and clean.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Their warm hospitality really made my experience special. I also loved the amenities — everything was well-maintained and added so much comfort to my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I genuinely appreciated the care and effort, and I would be happy to return again.
