Nice hotel in a fabulous location walkable to all sites, shops, bars & restaurants. Great base to visit other parts of Puglia. Swimming pool a 5* plus facility. Bug room, decent breakfast, didn’t like paying for parking on top of room rate!

I’ll start with the pros: excellent location, breakfast was good with some pastries and some meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit. Pool was big and the bartenders and thé breakfast staff were great and very friendly. Hotel was clean and parking was free and easy right in front of the hotel Cons- beds were rock hard, pillows were very limp. Stayed three nights here and had horrible sleep. The air con was hardly working and it was very hot in the room, barely blowing out air. The fridge was also not working well and warm at best. We called down for an iron and never got one. The room lacked a coffee maker or tea kettle and it was supposed to come with robes and slippers. The room was minimal and bare. To top everything the front desk staff was miserable and rude. Didn’t seem to want to help or say hello or goodbye upon entering or even smile. Did not make our stay enjoyable. Probably would look elsewhere to stay next Time

Very convenient location close to historical Centro. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Great reception staff. Big very clean room. Swimming pool fantastic to relax after exploring. Breakfast OK.

Absolutely awful

Everything good except floors looked dirty but the explanation was damage to finish which was probably true. Service was pleasant and good.

Great location, 5 minutes from the front, restaurants and bars. It also has a lovely pool which is a bonus near historic centres.

Convenient location, nice sized room, valet parking, decent breakfast, helpful staff. Only downside was that it wasn’t the best shower.

Lovely hotel with outstanding staff especially Francesco and Alessandro who spent time helping us change train tickets to Gallipoli, even driving us to station. Grazie mille to both and yes we made it to our destination! Would highly recommend this hotel and its only a few paces from the quaint old streets of Otranto.

Nice people. The hotel has seen better days. A few signs of age. Pool is a bit short of beds and the room had a few signs of age. But location is great and staff are great

I had planned to spend the day walking, but on my arrival in Otranto it started to rain in a way that meant it was here to stay! It was 1100 and my check in time 1600 - this was not a problem for the staff of the Hotel Vittoria, l indeed got an upgrade to boot! Though l did not try all the amenities out, it is a great hotel!
