Fitness room is an overstatement: two piece of equipment available. The cleanliness of the bedroom was disappointing and made me a bit uncomfortable at first.

The bed was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. All carpeting and upholstery was filthy. Paint was peeling off in big sheet over the bathtub. Tub and counter were stained or dirty. I did enjoy watching a deer grazing by a pond from the window. I won’t be staying there again.

Pool was nasty! Hair on deck, cold cloudy water! Room have wads of hair on tub, and literal dried contacts by the sink that someone took out of their eyes and put there. Trash in lobby overflowing, trash outside overflowing. Just awful

All of the workers were very friendly and helpful, but seemed understaffed for a busy holiday weekend. The hotel needs some updating with paint and ceiling patches.

Check was easy and simply. Had a small issue prior when i called and they couldnt find my reservation due to i confirmed it though hotels.com. The room was cleans and the staff was very friendly. Wasnt to far from downtown or the sports complex

The pull out couch in the room was not functional but everything else was great.

When we arrived, they didn’t have a room available. They put us in the basement.

This location is run down. The room had many faults: mildew in air conditioner, uncomfortable bed with run down sheets, ants, and unkept bath.

Don’t book third party, I’ve been waiting on a hold release for over 2 weeks.

Pictures are not what this actual hotel looks like. Pretty run down. We were on the first floor, people next to us were fighting all night and in and out of hotel. There's no way staff couldn't hear what was taking place. Even worse, they would go outside to smoke and was just outside our window. So the arguments continued, to the point our kids were scared. Do better, clean it up! Way to overpriced for the poor quality.

Room had very toilet paper in it. TV kept loosing service. Hair dryer was missing and had to call twice for it. Light bulb out in the bathroom. Musky smell in the room. Didn’t even try the jetted tub and ended up leaving early couldn’t sleep cause of the smell.

The property needs renovation and the water is insufficient

Several car windows were broken out in the parking lot. The cleanliness of the hotel could be better. My bathroom sink did not have running water.

Rude customer service. Housekeepers didn’t show up at all, I never received my $100 refund. People’s cars got broken into, shader glass everywhere in the parking lot. Felt very humid inside the room Beds are very uncomfortable!! pillows are horrible!! Location Right beside the highway hard to get in too much traffic.

Checked in saw the condition of the tro checked out. There were unidentifiable liquids splattered on the. The bathtub was covered in hair. No bed bug covers on the bed. And the room was overall dingy and smelled unpleasant. There full refund and this should removed from hotels. Com and lose their IHG flag.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with hotels! When we checked in they attempted to put us in a room right next to a room that was being painted, we got moved to a secondary room, due to excessive smell of paint fumes in the room, and it also smelled so much of paint fumes we got light headed and ended our reservation early. Their staff was so unhelpful during the whole process, They refused to refund me my money, and insisted on charging me a cleaning fee. For a room that we only pulled the sheets back on and noticed was dirty before we had even got there, super combative staff when it comes to their costumer services. I just counted my losses. But i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was less than appealing. It is run down and dirty. The pool was not clean. Would not stay here again.

Well, in general, I usually like a Holiday Inn Express. The actual hotel was pretty ok, nice bed, in-room coffee maker, microwave, refridgerator. The fitness center was really just a small room with 2 cardio machines, but at least it was something. I chose to do yoga in my room, though. The indoor pool seemed ok, and warm, though I did not use it. The included hot & cold breakfast was a fairly decent offering (the expected), & the front desk personnel were nice. However, my room, 130, not a great location. It is at the corner of the wing that leads to the pool & fitness center, which appeared convenient at first. I soon learned that it meant I would hear all foot traffic to those areas AND through the glass doors JUST OUTSIDE MY WINDOW. I literally could not open my curtains unless I wanted to watch everyone coming in and going out, and let them watch me. I could have watched while certain guests who smoke stood just outside the doors, propping them open despite the sign saying not to, and allowing smoke into the building (I'm allergic). Weirdly, the fact that this hotel is just off a highway is not what made noisy. Those noises were few. There was a ton of door slamming and kids running and pounding thru the hallway next to me & above me. I did ask one of the front desk personnel to help in that situation, & they were nice, but I am not sure what actually followed. So, it was a rough 2 nights of not enough sleep. Maybe a different room would have worked out better?

Booked the property due to it having pool facilities, only to turn up and find out the pool was closed. Damage to room evident upon arrival, missing handles on furniture, cracks and sealant missing in the bathroom and toilet continuously flushing. Room was booked to make use of the pull out bed, which no linen was provided, despite number of bodies occupying the room being confirmed online. During the breakfast, staff handling the food had no food service PPE on i.e. no gloves, no hair nets. Pieces of equipment in the dining room not functional, including pancake maker and juice machine with no signs indicating they were out of order. Issues with key cards not working which could have been a major safety issue, quickly rectified by reception staff. Other than the complaints listed above, the reception staff were the small beacon of light that made the hotel welcoming.
