We stayed for 5 nights in a standard double. Tidy and cleaned as expected. Room was quite stuffy even with windows open since there’s no air conditioning. Staff at reception fine but some of the breakfast room staff were lacking in customer service skills and quite rude to us.

Great location and the room was clean. The staff were all extremely unfriendly - this was actually the worse part of my time in Prague was how rude and miserable the staff at this hotel were.

Small and comfortable hotel with good breakfast.

The hotel does not have air conditioning, and when we checked in, it was extremely hot. We were uncomfortable the entire night. While the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Old Town Square, it's not worth staying here during hot weather. The hotel is not clean at all.

They should definitely hire more staff at the front desk. The one employee was overwhelmed with work when we were checking in. Other than that, we loved the location and everything else.

If you are an active tourist and basically need a clean room and breakfast, the hotel could be a perfect fit.

Good overall value, limited parking, awesome breakfasts

Very basic hotel.....clean but dated. Some water patches on ceiling and foam filling gaps around door frame.. hairdryer overheats very quickly so took long time to dry hair. Shampoo and soap products very watery.

Great location to Old Town Prague and for the Bars & clubs that I like to visit each time I come to Prague

The stay was fine - i did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were rather fast. I didn't try the breakfast there and didn't use any other services. The room was nice. It did smell like a million different cleaning products have been used there, but i got used to it really fast. When leaving, i forgot my watch in the hotel room and downstairs in the reception they already informed me that i forgot it there. Fast and honest!

Nice hotel very clean 5 mins walk from old town Square clarles Bridge only a little walk away. Nice choice for breakfast... Stop there 4 nights and the bar was not open any night which was a massive disappointment and when asked about this got told there was a bar around the corner.

Some tea coffee making facilities would have been nice in the room
