We had our dog with us and worked out perfectly to be by exit. We enjoyed our 3 nights. Will use hotel when back in the area again.

Great for a one night stay. Pool was not working and no AC in small fitness room.

Wonderful receptionist, who was very accommodating for a late check-in. Breakfast was delicious, and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Put mirrors near room door instead of in front of bed, there was no hairdryer

Friendly staff and nice rooms. My only complaint was the 1 st room I was in and all unpacked had a TV that didn’t work. The maintenance guy couldn’t fix it so they moved me across the hall to another room.

Some insect or bug bite caused some redness and irritation on my skin

Was not told at check in that you need to request room and bathroom to be cleaned each day.

Our sheets and comforter and mattress pad were all dirty. The mattress pad had dried blood on it. The sheets were ripped and they had something left on them as well as the comforter. We made a complaint and they did not bring sheets to us. We had to get them and change the bed in order to go to sleep. There was 1 towel for two people and the shower had little pressure

Showers could be better, luke warm and not much pressure

No sheets no towels or hand towels in the bathroom, extra small pillows, had to ask for sheets.

There were issues with the Keys, not a big deal, but there was no hot water. That is a big deal. They should have discounted everyone's bill. When you're traveling you want to take a shower. Having hot water is a must.

Just horrible. No hot water in the facility. Room is not cleaned. Had a bunch of food in our refrigerator that wasn't ours. Breakfast. Food was warmed up from yesterday. Etc etc etc

Few months ago I traveled without my tiny dog and had a beautiful room and overall I was very satisfied even with the renovation going on. But for this trip, I had my small dog and kids and my room was on the 3rd floor. The room was not as expected. Definitely didn’t look really clean and the worse was the mattresses with huge yellow stains, also the sheets had some black stains. They did smell clean but really gross me out. Also, the box spring cover had huge stains. I really felt uncomfortable to sleep in the bed but I was so tired after driving all day and I arrived in middle of night. So, I just looked for bugs and didn’t see anything. That’s good!!! And tried to get few hours of sleep. The breakfast was ok, not great. Honestly, I am a regular customer for the last 5 years and I really thought with the renovation going through it would have been the perfect stay, but it keeps getting worse. Very disappointing.

The pool was very small. Room was rather large however linens, carpets and couch were all in very rough shape with a lot of stains. Over al cleanliness was rather poor. The breakfast was substandard at best. They staff reminded me of a reformatory staff rather than hotel staff.

The registration team were able to move my arrival date due to an issue that arose on my end. It was so helpful and appreciated.

Front desk clerk was very rude, confrontational. The room came with three towels, I asked if I could have Xtras, was told no, although the reservation was for five ppl. The hide away bed had dirty linen on it also the bed didn’t secure properly my grandson’s foot went through it( thought he broke his leg… God’s blessing he didn’t) the beds were VERY uncomfortable The eggs and sausages on the breakfast were cold, coffee tasted old. I was very disappointed over all with my visit here
