Very convenient location, near the train station. The hotel is clean, there is drinking water, there is a microwave on each floor, the room is standard.

This was the first time I went to Japan (Tsukuba). Check in time was a bit over 2 pm (they were a bit late preparing my room). The room was quite small but comfortable. The toilet amenities was prepared in the bath room (exceed my expectation). And they offered me to take coffee drips, teas, and face masks as many as I need when checked in, which was a plus. The tap wate was drinkable (according to the label below the sink), but we didn't really like the taste and it smells a but unusual. The room was great and quiet, we were having a pleasant stay.
