Was denied access to the restaurant one night as they said it was buffet only and we wanted al a carte. No signs saying that it was buffet only. There was available tables but that was for buffet customers only. Were told we could still eat al a carte in our room. Another night served undercooked chicken and the executive chef came out to tell us that the chicken is normally pink! Well it wasn't the night before. Tried to get lunch by the pool as it was advertised on their hotel menu. Was told different answers whenever we asked someone. Had to get the manager to discuss the problem. Ended up taking 2 hours to get our food and soft drinks.
The resort was avertised as having a poolbar but we weren't allowed to take drinks out by the pool.
The best staff was the barman and the room cleaners.
