Professional, friendly and efficient

Lovely People and Wonderful place to stay!

Palazzo Ripetts is absolutely, hands down, one of *the* most exquisite 5-star hotels I've ever stayed in-- and this is my second stay with them: once in November 2023 and again in March 2025. The breakfast buffer is amazing, complete with everything you can imagine for breakfast. The staff are so gracious and friends, always wanting to help and genuinely caring. There's 24-hour room service, daily laundry service if you wish, and in a nutshell-- your wish is their command. The concierge desk arranged one of the best, most fun and most memorable wine tasting tours for us, about an hour north of Rome. On top of this, they also arranged a golf-cart tour for us, which was so much fun! Simply put, I used to think Palazzo Ripetta was a once-in-a-lifetime experience...until I returned this second time, and they exceeded my expectations once more. To not stay here would be to miss out on one of Rome's best tucked-away hotel gems right in the heart of the city.

Palazzo Ripetto is a beautiful hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping.

Great place, location and service!

Beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful and the room was amazing. Stopped for drinks a few times in the Ripetta courtyard area, staff were polite, helpful and the drinks delicious. Staff at the desk were also very kind and helpful both from helping us arrange taxi and sorting room quickly when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

The hotel is stunning. Service is beyond exceptional. The only complaint is that they perfume the room to excess. We had to open the window to let the room air out, and then asked the staff to not spray air freshener when they cleaned the room. In the future I would ask in advance so the room would not be sprayed on the day we check in.

A wonderful family-owned luxury hotel; a rare breed these days. The hotel is smallish but offers great amenities and a truly supportive staff. This hotel makes you feel like it is your home away from home. Could not recommend it more highly!
