Bien placé au centre ville, chambres grandes et très propres.

Je n'ai absolument rien contre l'hôtel tout était parfait. J'aurais aimé avoir la possibilité de donner une note de 0 à EXPEDIA. Car mon séjour n'a pas été agréable à cause du fait que EXPEDIA ait mentionné que le petit déjeuner était inclus, mais à ma grande surprise à l'hôtel ce n'était pas le cas. Cette situation a mis en mal mon séjour car j'avais réservé en conséquence.

Durant une douche l'eau chaude manque et reviens à plusieurs reprise, un hotel de cette classe devrait avoir un système de distribution d'eau chaude adéquat pour chacunes des chambres. Le climatiseur est caché derriere une deco de moulures de bois qui empêche une bonne disperssion de l'air fraiche, j'ai enlevé cette déco et la chambre c'est bien refroidi par la suite mais dû à la grande fenestration, face au soleil de jour, une grande chaleur s'était installé dans la chambre, le service de chambre devrait fermer les rideaux dans le jour. Le stationnement est pas très approprié pour les gros véhicule, surtout dans le stationnement adjacent, lorsque le principal est complet, idéalement faut y se stationner de reculons puisqu'il n'y a pas d'espace pour retourner. L'entré est en escalier a 2 palliers donc les grosse valise sont pas facile à manipuler. Bref s'etait ma 1ere et dernière visite.

I know this is my second review of Hôtel Chicoutimi, but I just can’t stop telling people how incredible this place is. At this rate, it’s going to become so popular that I’ll never be able to get a room! Every single visit, the staff makes me feel like royalty. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. This time, I had a room overlooking the river, and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that scenery made my stay even more memorable. I also loved having a Nespresso machine in the room—it was the perfect touch. Everything about this hotel feels welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Without a doubt, Hôtel Chicoutimi is my favorite hotel in all of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Yes, I said it! I’ve stayed in several hotels across the region, and this one continues to exceed my expectations every single time. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Le stationnement n'est pas très grand, ce qui force à devoir se stationner à l'extérieur du site de l'hôtel si on arrive tard. Il n'y a pas de comptoir de réception traditionnel, mais un commis assis à une table qui fait le check in. Beaucoup de choses en "self acces".

They were great. In and out in less than 24 hours.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Older property that was renovated to suit the younger business type entrepreneurs. Great place for meetings, online events, etc. The room we had was extremely clean, well kept and quiet. It even had a kitchenette that was well stocked with necessary cutlery and plate ware. The breakfast service was great and the nearby restaurants were convenient. Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Drawbacks were the parking (very few spots) and the lobby location and elevator were difficult to get to for an elderly person ( I was traveling with one) a quite a bit of distance and stairs to get to. Still, highly recommend staying there if mobility is not an issue. Centrally located to a lot of amenities. I would stay there again.
