Excellent stay - really helpful, stunning location, nice food and decent wine

We stayed for 1 night with with 2 children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have a double bed, 1 twin and a pullout couch in the room. It was perfect. The views are amazing, despite the weather being rainy and cloudy when we got there, we were pleased to wake up to sunshine and seeing the mountains around. There are a few hiking trails around. Breakfast was great with a variety of breads and meats and yogurt. There really isnt anythinf bad to say about this place. Had its own rustic charm.

Great hotel in a quaint, rural village in the mountains. Fantastic restaurant that obviously has a chef that knows what he is doing! The views from our room were amazing, and the heavens gave us a spectacular lightshow - brilliant stars early, and then a fast-moving thunderstorm later. Great morning hike before a wonderful breakfast. Sorry that we had to leave such a peaceful place so soon.

We were crewing for the Tod des Geants and arrived at 12:30 a.m. and left at 7 a.m. The Manager was extremely accommodating in allowing a super late check-in and early departure.

Beautiful alpine setting with amazing views and lots of good walking trails in the area. The room was comfortable but there was no tea or coffee making facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant serves traditional regional food which is nice but limited options especially for children.

We were traveling as a family of 4. This hotel is family owned and operated. It's beautiful, has spectacular views, is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the owners just couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. The kids loved the quaint, rustic Alpine decor. Plus, the rate was very reasonable. We will definitely choose Hotel Des Alpes when we're in the area again.

This is an amazing hotel high on a mountain side with a mountain view. Everywhere I looked was something more beautiful and friendly. Leonardo is an outstanding host. We loved every moment here!

Pleasant. Good value and superb location.

Wow, what a view! The hotel is situated overlooking some spectacular scenery. We stayed for one night on our way to Switzerland. We had 2 rooms, both were roomy, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable & we had balconies overlooking the mountains & valley. The bathroom was nice, modern & clean. We had an evening meal, which my husband struggled with as the courses were big. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the owner/manager but he was soooo helpful, funny & attentive. We used the hot-tub, although the chlorine level seemed to be high, which made our eyes sting. When we went down to the leisure suite, the steam room & sauna were not working, but the manager told us to come back after half hour. The breakfast was lovely. What a relaxing break, sadly only for one night. We hope to return, maybe even in the winter.

Fantastiskt hotell

Virkelig hyggeligt alpehotel 1640 m oppe med fremragende udsigt. Gode parkeringspladser. Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende. Vi fik en god middag med dejlig lokal vin til. Morgenmad også fin nok. Vi kommer gerne igen. Minusser: brusenichen var meget lille. Der var TV, men ingen fjernbetjening

Fantastiskt och familjär personal. Ägarna var engagerade och måna om allas trevnad. Fantastiskt utsikt, bra och mysig restaurang och genuin.

Handig (overnachtings)hotelletje in een prachtige omgeving aan de voet van de st Bernhardspas. Authentiek hotel met veel Italiaanse snuisterijen. Prima bedden, prima douche maar wel heel klein. Het diner vonden wij niet lekker, dat zou ik hier niet gebruiken. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen.
