Hotel is close to the center , shopping areas and restaurants. It’s quiet and clean inside. Staff is friendly, polite and very helpful!

Very convenient location, right at the shopping area and near to Gran Via underground and walking distance to every tourist attraction.

Excellent location, all you need is to pay attention to the hostal sign hanging on the 3rd floor of the bldg. there is no signage or front entrance. Yet it’s only 3 min walk from metro gran via. Cannot miss. Very clean room and friendly staff. The mattress will be the only topic that I personally find it nice to be improved. There is a lack of support. Elevator is in place but there comes a little trick. You will always need to walk 1/2 floor, up or down, regardless which floor u stay so it could be a bit challenging for travellers carrying heavy suitcase without company and support. All in all, a very nice experience staying here.

Location was very central. Room was clean and simple. Check in was quick and easy.

It was very clean and quiet. There was no one at the reception area after the check-in and that felt a little weird. But other than that it was good. Very modern decor and surprisingly super quiet in the room despite of being in very busy shopping street. Probably my room was not facing the big street.

Great place to stay in Madrid. I loved it. Great location. In walking distance to the Metro and the center city. My room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Balcony with a great view. I can't wait to come back.

Excellent aircon. Full control in the room. Lift in building works well by is very small. Bed in room is comfortable. Location is easy to get to many areas of the city. Would definitely stay here again. Overall really good experience. Really quiet and really never saw another guest. No lobby or services but had everything I needed in the room. Wish there was a kettle though. Downside is staff if rarely at the front desk if you need anything.

I wanted to love this place as the branding and styling is cute and nice. However, the inside is quiet but the outside is very noisy and at all hours day and night. It is funny that the day noise is much quieter than middle of night. There are often street performers during day, and then many disrespectful drunks/partiers throughout the night. The room is fine for one person, not for two. Good value for the money in any case. Perfectly located right up from Gran Via and on a main pedestrian shopping street. Good shower space, though I almost slipped to my death a few times on the slippery tiles. The towels too stiff and thin - they need to use fabric softener. Staff are very nice. Desk monitored most of day. Otherwise come and go with key card. Take an elevator to 3rd floor. Has AC and heat. I didn’t need to use in mid-winter. Small cute balcony on to Fuencarral street.

Basic hostal right in downtown Madrid. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location for the metro and walking distance to all the major sites. Would stay at again.

The room itself was pretty tight for 2 people. It's better suited for an individual traveler. That being said the location is excellent and the room was modern and very clean. The building they are located in looks a little rundown when you first enter, but the Hostal itself is in good shape and everything looked recently renovated.

Ótima localização, perto das principais vias e lojas. Único ponto de atenção é que caso você esteja com mala grande e pesada, precisará subir um lance de escada.

El lugar estaba asqueroso desde la cama hasta que había insectos. El elevador se ve deteriorado y claramente no es accesible para personas en silla de ruedas porque debes bajar escaleras para llegar al elevador y luego subir otras para el hostal. Había mucho ruido de construcción afuera incluso en la noche. Por el precio hay mejores hostales en esa misma zona, son más limpios, bonitos y con mejor accesibilidad como el Hostal La Zona

お部屋は清潔で、シャワーやトイレも必要十分だと思いました。大通りに近く買い物や観光にも非常に便利で、徒歩でソル、アルカラ門、プラド美術館にも行けます。 カードキーも使い易くて良い点でした。場所を見つけるのが少し難しいかもしれませんので、明るいうちのチェックインをおすすめします。
