We like the location , close to all you need. It is , staff was very helpful and friendly . Water and coffee was not and issue. The Carpet wasn't super clean, but I think it's the equipment they use. Lots of mosquitoes inside the room biting us as we were sleeping.

This property is Amazing. Specially the consierge Azis, he was very kindly, provides us nice reccomendations, resolve our problems and very humble. This property has nice location near the train station.

Stayed at the hotel in two days. The hotel was clean and is very convenient, just walking distance to the sea. Staffs were very processional and helpful. I will choose the hotel again when I visit the city next time.

Its location is prime in city center and 12 min walk to the ocean. Rooms are nice and AC is awesome! There are some mosquitos in hallways. Overall strongly recommend it.

Great property

We stayed at this boutique hotel for 10 days. We were always greeted and our concerns well attended to. Great small kitchen with a wonderful breakfast and complimentary coffee, tea, and water available 24/7. Not all the rooms are as pictured as far as the view. Some rooms are interior and have the back of the building view, and some rooms have a street view but without a balcony. This hotel is very close to the train station and about 15 minutes of beautiful walk to the beach. My only complaint is the fruit flies in the dining room and the flies in the room even after keeping the windows shut for days. I'm still recovering from an insect bite a week later

The hotel was excellent with a very nice breakfast area. It worked perfectly for our needs (sleeping, shower, internet) as we were mainly out and about every day. The staff was 100% courteous and accommodating.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location near to Nice Ville station. The room was clean and modern, I will be staying here again on my next trip to Nice.

Aziz was super helpful. I’ve never been so oriented in a city I’ve never visited within 10 mins of talking with him. He was super friendly and personable. Not to mention the location is great and the free coffee/water is a huge plus. If I’m ever back in Nice, definitely going to be back here (hopefully Aziz is still there lol)

It is a good spot for city break to be in a central location and close to train station if you think about exploring outside Nice without the car. For those looking spacious, big rooms and dining areas- it is not a place. Does not offer, spa, pools or jacuzzi. Hotel is squeezed between food spots and shops. I enjoyed it for location convenience. Our room was nice and clean with small balcony. Cleanliness above average comparing other European hotels

Very close to train station. Convenient for visiting Cannes and Monaco. Aziz was very friendly and helpful. The rest of staff not so much. Very clean. Ask for a room at the back if you are a light sleeper as you can hear cars and trams all night in road side rooms. Good value for money.
