The location was nice, but our experience with cleanliness and customer service was a little disappointing. We usually don’t raise issues like this, but for a 4-star hotel we expected different. We found hair and stains on our bedding and contacted the front desk staff immediately after check-in. The staff seemed confused and reluctant to address the issue until we produced photos for evidence. They sent attendants up to our room and when we went back in to check the hair was gone but sheets were the exact same. We choose not to pursue the matter further because the attendants stared at us as we walked down the hall, likely due to our complaint as they were just heading out of our room, which made us feel uncomfortable since we didn’t want to cause any problems. Overall the location was good and we didn’t have any other issues besides this. I would also like to add that after this, during the remainder of our stay, the other staff seemed very friendly.

Third time here, excellent once again can’t recommend enough

Very clean room with some being balconies and some window. Some rooms are smaller than others but ours was very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful and the area felt very safe. Was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and always around to help. Room was clean and the shower and air con were really good. I only had breakfast once but there was a lot of variety and really nice.

Staff is very good. The room is small. Hotel is neat and clean. Our room had two separate beds joined together. Normally, we expect one large bed. At least one bottle of water should be provided in room.

Great breakfast, great location (10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from a bus that goes directly into town). Staff is helpful. The room is good, not great: clean, but needs maintenance (our shower was not working and had only a minor improvement after the technician came by; we were not offered another room) and could use amenities that are offered in other hotels (e.g. a coffee maker). Overall we would return.

I booked my April stay in December for less than £250 including flights for 4 nights so wasn’t expecting too much but what a little gem. Modern bright airy room albeit on the smaller side though perfect for me as a solo traveller. Shower was fab, comfy bed and very clean. Rooms are sound proofed so minimal disturbance from other guest. In room safe wouldn’t work but didn’t need it. Pool area was lovely though in the shade for most of day this time of year so quite nippy! Plenty of loungers plus towels provided.Hotel is 2/3 min walk to beach and coastal walkway plus buses and supermarket located other end of street. Plenty of food options around C’an Pastilla for all budgets. My particular favourite for a coffee and pastry after my morning walk was Santagloria. Felt very safe in the hotel and when out and about. I was really lucky with the weather, 25 degrees daily (rained the previous week)- sun cream was a must as UV was high. Getting about super easy on locals buses -all journeys are 2euros, No 35 takes you to centre of Palma. The A2 airport bus runs every 45 mins and stops at the top of street too costs just 5 eruos. I would definitely recommend BQAmfora and plan to return at the end of the summer or this time next year. Final bonus was easyJet moving me to the middle exit row but remember with more leg room comes great responsibility🕷️🤦‍♂️😆 ❤️

I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. As a single traveller, I specifically chose a hotel for the added security and convenience — not an apartment. However, when I checked in, I was told that all single occupancy guests were placed in an apartment block across the road from the main hotel, which was not staffed. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a hotel for safety reasons. I had to cross the road every time I wanted to go for breakfast or use the swimming pool, which made me feel vulnerable and uncomfortable, especially when returning later in the evening. I did ask the receptionist if I could have a room in the main hotel but was told this wasn’t possible. To make things worse, check-in was very slow, adding to an already disappointing start. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo travellers — it doesn’t provide the security or service you would expect when booking a hotel stay

An excellent stay and the staff was fantastic

We stayed here one night after a long travel day from the US. The location was perfect - close the airport, but also near the water and some great options for dinner. The staff were friendly, room and bed were comfortable, and included breakfast was AMAZING. Would happily stay here again when returning to Palma.

Short distance to PMI Airport and near the beach area. But on the other side, a very long bus ride (about 40 min) to the Palma historic centro.

Location was lovely, very close to the airport and only a 10 minute taxi ride from Palma city. Lovely beach and restaurants close by with lots of options. The drinks at the hotel were very reasonable too. However as a couple sharing a room I would’ve expected a double bed rather than two single beds pushed together, they kept moving apart. Most staff were generally friendly but some staff were miserable looking wouldn’t smile at you when you smiled and said hello to them and I asked for help putting the umbrella up outside (I was too short to reach), the lady at reception desk replied and pointed to the end of the bar and told me to ask another lady who was in the kitchen to help me, I’m not shouting into a kitchen at staff to get help, as receptionist you should be doing your job and finding the appropriate staff.
