We didn't stay at this hotel. Due to a family death we couldn't travel but hotel refused to refund the tickets. The hotel has a perfect right to do so but we expected a better response under the circumstances. Will definitely not visit again. Bad PR

Everything was perfect and excellent condition. The rooms are very nice. The service is wonderful and everyone at the front desk is very friendly.

The hotel lounge in the atrium area was very pleasant to sit in. We also appreciated the safe/cool underground parking for our motorcycles.

Well maintained if slightly dated. Excellent value and goid parking. Quality breakfast. Gym has no free weights/water/towels.

Great place all round

Room did not have a cattle nor a coffee maker. Staff was not necessary friendly. The gym only has benches with no weight, the 2 esteppets are not commercisl and don't work. There's no gym.

The staff here were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They were so freindly and so very helpful. Our room was too hot and they quickly moved us to a new room, even helped us move our things. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was just so-so for dinner. We loved this town. Wish we had stayed longer! As we were walking around that evening, we heard music...voices from heaven! We went into the church and the children's choir were putting on a performace. The most enjoyable unexpected surprise ever!!!

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel near the old town. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds were a bit hard, but everything else was great. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Beautiful location, welcoming, friendly staff and overall a beautiful Parador with excellent good and service.

We reservate 3 rooms. At one of them the air conditioning was broken. The manager told us it is our problem and they have nothing to do with it. This is the worst way of hospitality. We do not recommend such place with rude attitude. ☹️

We were pleasantly surprised with the property.. Nicely appointed, quiet, thoughtful and the breakfast buffet was great. The 17€ charge for parking was a surprise.
