We went half board ,meals were excellent as was breakfast. We relied a call 2nd morning from reception, we would like you to move to their sister hotel the Augustus across the road basically they were asking as they had lots of school kids for the next 5 days and the place would be loud . Great place to stay, just across the street from the beach and a bike rental place. Breakfast is great! I also added lunch and dinner to my booking for a great price, but breakfast is better. I've stayed here before and will be back. Staff are friendly. There's lots of free parking 500m away. The pool was nice but rather cold in late April. The only issue was the shower. It would alternate between about 15 seconds of the temperature you set and 5 seconds of scalding, injury-inducing water. This NEEDS to be fixed since it's a safety hazard.

A lock on the safe would make it more functional.

Love the location and option of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. It's my second time going and I'll definitely be back when I return to Salou!

We needed instructions on the use of the new digital locks on the door. The hotel is beautifully updated and we were very pleased. Great location!

Excellent staff , dining Excellent why we dined in at night . Very close to beach under 100 meters . Close to Salou with Excellent bus services outside the hotel . Dining was unbelievable and varied every night

This hotel was really excellent value for money. We just stayed for one night but had a very comfortable stay. The included breakfast was really great and set us up for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Having travelled through France to Spain doing overnight stays this was an amazing overnight stay everything was excellent , the service, cleanliness, breakfast and great value.

Buffet lunch: wide choice of light and good food. I paid 14.40 EUR plus drinks. Safe, large parking 12.50 EUR / night. Busses stop at the hotel which is convenient to get to the airport or to the city. I missed a kettle in my room. The room was clean, with a large balcony.

My only issue was the food was never hot enough.

On arrival to the hotel we checked in, this process was fast and easy. The Lobby area is modern and decorated nice. When we entered the room, the toilet was very dirty. There was urine in the toilet and used toilet paper. The room was also dusty. Our balcony door was faulty too which meant we did not use the balcony as much as we would. The bathroom in the room was very modern and all facilities worked very well. Clean towels are provided daily too. We chose not to upgrade to food options as was very expensive and lots of fish. Was much cheaper to eat out the hotel in restaurants and bakery’s. Hotel is in a convenient situation to visit Cambrils and salou. The bus stop is outside the hotel and goes to both towns. Bus is around 2euro a ticket. The hotel is not situated on a beach but is only a short walk (200m?) On our last day we checked out and had a late flight. We stayed at the hotel all day and wanted to use their shower facilities in their lobby so we asked for a towel and the staff were very rude and unhelpful. We did not have any towels and would’ve been very easy for the hotel to lend us 2 towels so we could freshen up. We were very disappointed by this so maybe something for hotel to work on.

Ideal location to access the beach and both resorts of Cambrils and Salou

Great hotel to stay in. I was in a double room single occupancy. I think i paid extra for a larger room. My room.had 2 x single beds, a couch which could accommodate a 3rd person. It was in the corner so balcony was small but adequate

Very nice location and nice staff. Parking is a piece of mind. Only a problem was when turning on the shower the smell stinks like it's connected to a sewage or something..! I didn't mention it since it's only one night to go (Room 134 if you want to fix it) thanks
