Great centrally located on the seafront, hotel. Our second visit. Close to shops/restaurants/Cafes. Has its own private beach with free towels, sunbeds and umbrellas. Ask at reception for towels. Very clean hotel. Lovely cleaning lady on 2nd floor. Very friendly, and helpful lady on reception desk. Breakfast is great. All sorts of things to tempt your taste buds. No complaints. I have travelled for the last 35 years for business and pleasure. I have stayed at many different type of hotels with various ratings. This was our 2nd stay in 24 months at the Pharae Hotel and the staff is excellent, regardless if you speak Greek or English. The room and the hotel were very clean. The location is perfect. ✅ Both our stays were amazing and it felt like home away from home. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Kalamata. The costing is very reasonable and I highly recommend this hotel. Congrats to management and the staff for the excellent service that they provide…. 💯👏👏👏

Excellent work

Perfect spot to explore kalamata. Right on the paralia and walking distance to lots of beach bars and food options. The hotel itself has a beautiful lobby and rooftop bar. And the rooms are solid. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely clean hotel in a good location. Good restaurant for an evening meal and for breakfast. Really pleasant stay.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

The staff was exceptional in trying to accommodate guests. From the the reservations, check-in, restaurant and bar staff to the room maids, it was obvious that everyone went the "extra mile". Room designs were convenient and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant ( both indoor and outside offers a wonderful view and a generous breakfast. We've just completed our fourth extended stay, using the hotel as our base for exploring the region. We look forward to our next stay.

Awesome place

The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Some rooms are need of renovation-especially the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is as advertised. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff super friendly. The room was updated and we were on the 4th floor so our view to the water was amazing. i recommend this hotel.

Overall great place to stay . The breakfast buffet was great with amazing views on the roof top. The dining experience was great also . Clean rooms and very walkable. The beach access is across the street with sun-beds on it. Would recommend as a short stay in Kalamata.

Great hotel well placed with nice views and a nice beach with very comfy lounge chairs. There is no parking but you can easily find parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great a lot of choice and their coffee was really good, the view from the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

Nice stay!!

Good size, clean and comfortable rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Carpet in hallways are looking tired and dirty. Hallway paint can use some refreshing. Good variety of options for the breakfast offering.

Great view! Enjoyed breakfast on the fifth floor with a view of the harbor.

The hotel is wonderful. 100m from the Kalamata beach and only a short walk to great restaurants, it is a great place to stay.

Very nice, second stay here, Conveniently situated for late arrival or early departure from Kalamata airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and happy to offer travel advice.

Really nice hotel, lovely staff & immaculately clean. Breakfast felt very relaxed, with a lot of choice each day & good selection of hot drinks served to your table. Rooftop bar was also nice for an evening drink.
