Perfect experience

We only stayed one night. We had made dinner reservations online but didn't know they only do set menus which were non-vegetaian. I have to complement the chef for coming up with vegetarian dishes that were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

I loved the Chateau! The view from my room was beautiful, vineyards all around. My room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The staff could not do enough to ensure everything was outstanding. The village is a nice 20 minute walk through the vineyards; it was hot in July so I Ubered back. I can’t say enough about the excellent lunch and dinner at the chateau! Be sure you book a reservation early. The view for dinner should not be missed, again, vineyards for miles! I hope to be back one day.

The property is so beautiful, the staff was very helpful, the dinner was exquisite with the view of vineyards.

The dinner was par excellence as was the wine tasting at their cellar.

Overall a wonderful stay! We booked a charmed room and had a spectacular view of the vineyards and pool. Dinner overlooking vineyard was also super special.

Beautiful historic hotel on the edge of Chateauneuf du Pape with easy access to the village and local wineries. The room was lovely with sweeping views of the vines and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful chateau in a wonderful position for exploring all the vineyards in Chateauneuf du Pape. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a free upgrade and the room was very big with amazing views.

Spectacular property

We had a great stay. We loved our menu à l aveugle and wine pairing meal. It was our best meal of our 2 week trip. The staff was attentive and the sommelier very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to eat and stay at the Chateau.

Lovely grounds, friendly staff

Looks good in pictures and has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay, however, the majority of the staff was so unfriendly. We have never received so many "NOs" or "We cannot do that" from a hotel. My family thought this would be a lovely 3 days relaxing in the middle of our trip, but it was the biggest disappointment over our 3 weeks through France and Spain. I encourage the staff to brush up on their hospitality and the bathrooms need a little more cleaning (pink mildew in the showers). I will say it is a lovely setting/view, big rooms, nice pool area and good wine to drink. The restaurant was good food, but again the staff was rude, condescending and made the experience disappointing. I would not recommend unless you go in just for the setting and NOT the staff.

Wow I had such an incredible last minute stay here! We were so blessed to find this gem with excellent staff who all spoke perfect English. We had an amazing tasting next door at the winery with Natalie. We felt so cared for by everyone. The dinner was 5 star service and taste. We tried the truffle tasting menu with paired wines from the som, it was out of this world. The room was so beautiful, overlooking the vineyards. I will definitely be back!
