Great value for money and nice area. Diego on the front desk was amazing help with early check after long flights from the UK. Dominique at roof top was good fun and very good service. The roof top area is very nice. Breakfast was good and staff nice also. Would recommend if staying in Foz do Iguazo

Friendly staff. Reasonable location. Very noisy. No glass, coffee cups, maker, no utensils in room. Very basic setup. This is an average hotel (maybe 2 stars) with real friendly staff.

Very good quality hotel . Very friendly staff . Clean . Nice swimming pool and bar . Breakfast very adequate . Not as m m as I’ve downside but maybe a few blocks from edge of town . Uber very cheap though . Falls and airport approx 30 mins away . Excellent value

The staff was very supportive. The check in and check out were easy, and they even offered breakfast in a different time to accommodate our check out.

Front desk staff could speak English, they were very friendly, stored our luggage for free after checking out. Very clean hotel and good breakfast.

Firstly, the staff are amazing and super nice. Everything was great about the room itself except that there were quite a few ants crawling around and I had to use scented oils to keep them at bay while I was sleeping at night, otherwise they would bite me. The breakfast buffet was really good and the location of the hotel is also very convenient.

I feel like the room as the price. I did not like it overall like plastic, but the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for two nights to explore the Iguazu Falls. The hotel is a good location as a base with restaurants, shopping and s grocery store all nearby. The outstanding thing about this property is the staff. The went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we had a good stay. They even made phone calls on our behalf in Portuguese after our visa card was cancelled until they could get an English speaking representative. The hotel itself is good, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. There is a nice rooftop pool which was also clean.

We checked in at 5 am, because we wanted to make a quick stop because we still had a 6 hours drive before getting back home. We just wanted to sleep for a few hours. I had stayed in this same hotel 7 years ago, back then it looked much nicer, they haven’t really upgraded the rooms, the were remodeling the lobby when we were there and I remember the breakfast being a lot better last time. I was hoping that they let up do a late check out at 1pm but they didn’t. If I need to say the night in Foz de Iguazu again, I will not be choosing this hotel when there are so many that I think are much better.

Decent hotel to stay and visit Iguassu falls. Rooms were clean and they have a decent breakfast selection. Pros: Price, staff, room cleanliness and breakfast. Cons: We had a triple room but the size of the room was really small. We had three beds but no space to keep three bags (not big ones) and move around. We kept the bags between beds and managed. Our friends booked a similar room and their room was bigger. So, do check the room at check-in. We stayed in room 104 or 105 and the other room was in 4th floor. Other issue with ground floor was the hallway noise. Rooms 100s are between the reception and elevator - so there is a constant noise until 11pm or midnight.

The check-in was quick, the room was good and clean. Good showers. Great breakfast. The hotel arranged for early breakfast on the day of departure since our flight was quite early. It is much appreciated! There is a super market nearby if you need something. The only thing that could have made the stay better is if the room size was slightly bigger. But the hotel is good value for money and I would happily recommend to others.
