Je recommande l'hôtel la Truffe noire. L'établissement est très bien tenu, les chambres très propres, le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and lovely town. Only let down was Expedia who said the booking included ‘free parking’, it didn’t!

This was a good option for a base when visiting the region. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, if a little strangely designed. A lack of sensible plug sockets (we had to boil the kettle on the floor!) and the water from the shower went everywhere because there is no shower tray - yet is not a wet room! We found parking stressful, we arrived late at night and found no spaces free thanks to inconsiderate parking from guests, the hotel would do well to mark acual spaces. We did squeeze our tiny car alongside the bins for overnight, and then after heading out early could not get a space at any other time during our stay. The night porter did help us at one point by explaining that the street parking would be ok overnight as long as we moved again by 8am. Given that we were on a three week road trip we had a very full car and this wasn't ideal. We would have liked to try the restaurant but couldn't as they seemed to stop serving earlier than advertised. We were told it was 'fully booked' at around 8pm despite lots of empty tables, we think they just didn't like that we hadn't pre booked. All in all this hotel was good enough and comfortable for a short stay and maybe better if you are less busy and have less luggage, but for us it just has a few fracture points that in all probability would not encourage us to stay again. The town is charming and we found good options for both breakfast and later dinners, just don't go out too late as the options dwindle.

Very convenient central location, very good hotel ideal to visit Old town Brive, not luxurious but excellent on all fronts by Europe standards.

Déçu de la chambre N°30... la cage d'ascenseur passe au milieu de la chambre, bruyant à n'importe quel heure de la nuit... Surtout que j'avais réservé ma chambre en décembre 2025. Sinon très propre, bon accueil. Mais chère pour le type de la chambre et de prestations. J'avais mis un méssage lorz de ma resa concernant la prise électrique, elle n'était pas disponible sur les 2 jours...

Ras tout est très propre et personnel très agréable

Très bel hotel avec des chambres agréables. Deux bémols toutefois : - Le parking ne dispose que de 8 places (pour tout l'hôtel !!), donc les premiers arrivés/premiers servis, sinon, c'est au petit bonheur la chance dans la rue avec horodateur - Le site Hotels.com signale un restaurant, alors qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet Hotel idéalement situé

Tout est bien sauf : - les bruits de la rue, manque d'insonorisation, - une climatisation infernale, un moteur d'avion qui se déclenche même quand on l'arrête et qui ne fonctionne pas quand il fait chaud. - une télé en panne.
