Room was good, however there was an absolute putrid overwhelming smell in the room. Seems as though they have a plumbing problem. When I asked about it at the front desk they were aware of the issue and gave me air freshener. They sent someone the next morning to check it but did not fix anything. When I asked for cleaning supplies to clean up vomit from a sick child, they gave me glass cleaner. Some of the staff was nice but others were rude and not helpful.

The hotel itself was ok. Great little restaurant right around the corner! But we stayed on the first floor. The outside sewage. Smell was overwhelming! To the point we struggled to sleep ior enjoy any time in the room. We said something to the front desk and it was obvious this was a common concern. A higher floor may not have experienced this problem.

NOTHING like the pictures. Bathroom had a constant order, not to mention the overflowing of water which almost caused me to break my neck- YIKES! the TELEPHONE in the room does not work so if there’s an EMERGENCY , you can’t call 911. NOT IMPRESSED

The property is nice and clean. Our next door people played loud music every night. The hotel staff helped us to quite it but it took a long time. Overall, a very nice experience with the family.

I stayed two nights and the air conditioning didn't work either night. The front desk staff had no idea what was wrong out when it would be repaired. A classier place would have at least brought in a fan or at least offered to comp breakfast. Not so here.

Great stay for a family of 4 with children. The room was clean and spacious. The laundry machines on the property were a bonus.

Plenty of room for improvement on cleanliness.

The hotel is well located However it needs some upgrades in panting My bathroom door and frame was rotten by water Bad construction and design to put a door next to the shower. That’s why the door was infiltrated with water damages over the years I would say the rate after seeing this was overpriced

It’s convenient and close to where we needed to go. Some areas need Reno’s and some are being renovated at the moment

Had a great few days stay at Naitly. Clean rooms, ample space and good metro connection.

Location was great for the hop on hop off bus. About a 5 minute walk. Good little store near by and great coffee place too. The laundry was a huge plus. My kids also liked the kids' room.

We loved that they checked us in earlier than scheduled and the gym was much better than you’d normally find in same level properties. Cleanliness can be improved as hallway outside the rooms were dirty from the time we checked in till we checked out. One big no no was they cleaned our room a day earlier than scheduled and left a window wide open! The room was freezing! Security was an issue as window was on the 3rd floor and easily accessible from outside. Local people always warn about keeping our valuables safe then the cleaning crew themselves leave your room open for outsiders! No real apology or anything else from the hotel management was done to address this issue. That was the biggest disappointment for us. So overall happy with some stuff but ruined by experiences such as that.

Nice property and they are building out the area

It was located closed to la Sagrada Familia, train and bus stations. The front desk was very helpful.

Nice location. Easy to navigate. The only thing I don’t like is the smell from the rest room.

Very good stay.Breakfast was amazing.Very quite area,great terraced.If I'm back to Barcelona definitely will be Naitly.Thank you for the superb stay.

The couch bed was so uncomfortable it was ridiculous . The staff wasn’t the friendliest. I won’t ever book this property again.
