We had a great suite and were able to have breakfast every day in our room. The hotel is a little out of the way but still walkable and very close to à metro line.

Very nice room and lovely breakfast buffet. Staff could have explained a few things like you need to put your key card into slot so lights would work and how to adjust air conditioning. Noise late at night from outside and in hallways and doors to the rooms made a loud noise if you let them self close. Would stay in a different area if we come back. A bit off the beaten track. Nice to have a little fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom too!

Local dining and bars were nice! Walk to get the subway no matter where we were going was quick and easy! Hotel was clean, a/c worked, no complaints (:

Decent accommodations. They charge 15 EUR for early check-in (upon availability). Feels like it’s a part of a college campus. Best part is the location. Walkable to the beach, clubs, restaurants. The bathroom smelled like sewage which was off putting, otherwise the stay was ok

Nice, clean hotel in a quiet and cool location.

Room is dirty, AC brokedown and i had to remind reception multiple times to get the AC repaired (it did not get repaired) or switxh our rooms. Barcelona during my stay was 40 celsius.

It was great! So comfortable and really functional. It was stylish but not over the top. It’s in a great location and easily walkable to so many great places. It’s also great for hopping on public transportation and getting anywhere in Barcelona.

Three stars. Paid very high price during the festival which is understandable. Staff are ok. When you have no other choice it’s still ok. Not very clean. Space is very small. But safe I think.

The staff is very nice , the room is very clean. The laundry 24 hours free , the hotel is very good.

The property is centrally located. Sparse room cleaning, hallways never vaccummed. Needs general maintenance.

The condition of the bed and sofa is not recommended.

A huge disappointment. Not like in pictures at all. Apartment desperately needs maintenance - doors, frames, furniture are in terrible condition and need replacement/renovation. Needs much better cleaning and deep cleaning from time to time. Some cutlery and pots were dirty. Smells bad. Patio (sun deck) is not properly maintained and looks abandoned. All the beds are squeaky - very noisy, really hard to sleep. There was shampoo+body wash (all in one), but no hair conditioner or lotion, first time I see that at the hotel. On one of the days, we were not allowed to use the water (tap or showers) for 6 hours due to some chemical maintenance. Not bottled water or complimentary goods were provided. Worth mentioning, staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Thank you. Overall, would not recommend and won't be back unfortunately.

Room was good, however there was an absolute putrid overwhelming smell in the room. Seems as though they have a plumbing problem. When I asked about it at the front desk they were aware of the issue and gave me air freshener. They sent someone the next morning to check it but did not fix anything. When I asked for cleaning supplies to clean up vomit from a sick child, they gave me glass cleaner. Some of the staff was nice but others were rude and not helpful.

The hotel itself was ok. Great little restaurant right around the corner! But we stayed on the first floor. The outside sewage. Smell was overwhelming! To the point we struggled to sleep ior enjoy any time in the room. We said something to the front desk and it was obvious this was a common concern. A higher floor may not have experienced this problem.

NOTHING like the pictures. Bathroom had a constant order, not to mention the overflowing of water which almost caused me to break my neck- YIKES! the TELEPHONE in the room does not work so if there’s an EMERGENCY , you can’t call 911. NOT IMPRESSED

The property is nice and clean. Our next door people played loud music every night. The hotel staff helped us to quite it but it took a long time. Overall, a very nice experience with the family.

I stayed two nights and the air conditioning didn't work either night. The front desk staff had no idea what was wrong out when it would be repaired. A classier place would have at least brought in a fan or at least offered to comp breakfast. Not so here.
