Helpful friendly staff, AC in our was a god send! Stayed during a heatwave and out room was an icy oasis. Mini bar was well stocked with beer, water and snack. Hotel is located in an excellent neighborhood near lots of restaurants and cafes. Would recommend

We stayed for one night to connect flights. Pleasant and comfort enough accommodations with a rooftop pool. Excellent price we payed as well. And the location is fantastic. Only ten minutes walk to Av. Paulista, the most famous road in the city. Just great! Will definitely be coming back there on our next stay.

The bedroom is a good size, the room lounge area is massive but the bathroom is very small, too small and very dated. The hotel needs some tender loving care (TLC) For instance (I know it is a small point) at reception they have clocks showing different times zones around the world, one is missing, the space is there. It is in a great area, close to underground (subway), great breakfast. I would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms located in a high-class area of Sao Paulo. It has easy access to many cultural attractions in the city and close to two metro stations. There are many options of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a flat. Bedrooms are small, bathrooms are very small and unconformable.

This hotel is good if you are looking for a semi-comfortable place, with good breakfast and 15 minutes walking distance to main streets.

I spent 4 days at this hotel and for 2 of those there was no water in the shower and toilet. The breakfast is mediocre for Brazilian standards, the room was very dated. The internet connectivity is appalling - if like me you need the internet for work, I would recommend you stay elsewhere. Free parking was included in the daily rate and this appealed to me, but looking back I wish I had gone to a hotel where this was a charged service. Avoid it if you can.
