I wish i could remember how i found this gem for our visit to Galicia. Very nice.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I checked in, they prepared a map of the area with recommended sites to visit and restaurants. There is free coffee and snacks in the reception area too. And fresh flowers in my room - I have never seen that in a hotel of this class. Breakfast is great, for €10. Nice spread with simple but healthy choices. Breakfast area is quiet and cozy. The only mishap that occurred during my 3-night stay was a leak in the bathroom on my last night. Water dripped from the ceiling in the middle of the night. I called the staff and they came and dealt with it as best they could. I didn't get the sense that this was something that happened regularly.

Excellent location

The room and bathroom were both clean. The room was small but comfortable and certainly excellent value for the money. The breakfast was good. An excellent location, right on the edge of the centre. Overall a very good hotel

Nice breakfast. With a good mixture of stuff including a nice fruit salad and good coffee.

Perfect location close to all important spots, great place great people.

Hotel is in a central location with shops and bars nearby. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The only negative was that the room is quite small but this is common in city centre hotels.

The Mapoula is very comfortable and clean. My daughters and I shared a triple room and there was enough room for us all to move about easily. The toilet/showerroom was spacious and very well kept with plenty of fresh towels. We had little interaction with staff, only check in & out. Both were polite and well informed. An excellent base in the centre of the city.

A small but perfectly acceptable, clean room at a wonderful price in a great location. My only complaint was the room smelled of very strong floral perfume that gave me a headache. Had to sleep with the windows open.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, clean rooms, and close to everything and in a very quiet section of Santiago’s city center.

A beautiful, unique, boutique hotel on the edge of the action, walkable within minutes to bars, restaurants and of course the cathedral. Quiet and restful. Very friendly staff, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, yummy breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

I will stay here the next time I'm in Santiago 100% for sure! The staff is very helpful in accommodating, The Breakfast were phenomenal, in the rooms were very clean and modern! I love the fact that I had my own air conditioner that I could control while I was in my room. They have the best laundry service I have come across in a hotel in a long time. And finally the location, this place is located just a few blocks away from the cathedral a couple blocks away from where a lot of the tour companies pick up, and right in the heart of a lot of good restaurants.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!

The room was well designed and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay

I had a corner room that was perfect. I had to take the elevator due to using crutches but the hotel was pretty, clean and very comfortable. Would defina stay here again.
