Hotels.com rated this property a 4-star. In my opinion, it is not even 2-star. The hotel is old and in need of major renovation. The tiles are cracked and the furniture is dilapidated. Not one box of tissue in the room, not enough towels and when asked for additional pillows (because the existing pillows were flat), ran into some resistance by the management. The breakfast "buffet" was meager; not worth the extra charge. I rate this property 1.5-2.0 star!

We were very pleased with our stay at Cuatro Naciones. The room was unexpectedly large and the little balcony was an unexpected bonus. The hotel was very clean and we had plenty of hot water. There were numerous choices on the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful. As it's a busy neighborhood, there was street noise at night. People stay out late! Although the street noise could be heard in our room, it did not keep us awake at night. The location, however, is ideal. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and important Barcelona sites. When we return to Barcelona, we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy hotel in the center of barrio gótico. Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. Room are very neat and comfy. Breakfast 🍳 is homemade and a great variety. I truly appreciate how everyone treated me. Recommend 💯

The AC was low, so not as cool.....breakfast was ok....glad to have it in a pinch.

Hotel very well located in the center of La Rambla. Close to the port. Very old hotel art deco. Minimalist room but very clean and quiet. A definitely Barcelona experience.

Nice property, good location

The room was clean and one of two beds was very comfy. The other needs a new mattress. The staff were beyond kind and helpful and the breakfast is really included- not an extra charge- and it was fantastic!! Fresh fruit, bread, pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. The location is perfect: very close to many attractions and very walkable area. Be super careful of suspicious people!! One tried to rip the gold chains off my neck! I would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to go back to Barcelona!

This is a clean no frills hotel. It is in an excellent location. Even though it is located right on Los Ramblas it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and everything is walkable from there. We took the bus from the airport, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to get to the hotel.

Great location for walking to everything. Rooms are a bit small and could have better ventilation, but for someone who’s out most of the time anyways it’s perfect.

Well situated and close to a Metro station.Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was fine and a good choice was available. Very good value stay.
