Staff helped us reclaim a lost item

Great location but be mindful of pickpockets. Very basic place. However, the staff is great, breakfast was more than adequate. More importantly, the room and bathroom were larger than average and spotless.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The experience was excellent and very enjoyable in every aspect. The staff were extremely cooperative and always willing to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was varied and of high quality, with many options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Special thanks to Mr. Francesco for his kindness, professionalism, and great support throughout the stay. His friendly attitude truly made a positive difference.

Facility should be upgraded.

Breakfast can be improved, noises in the night by underground metro/tram/train.

This is a modest, straightforward hotel that is a good solid value in a city where hotel rates can be high. It worked well as a home base for touring Barcelona on our own. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room simple and unadorned, but clean; bathroom renovated and clean. Very good breakfast! Located on Las Ramblas, about a block from Place Real, which offers multiple restaurant choices. We had a perfectly nice room on the 2nd floor (which is physically the fourth floor: 0, P, 1, 2) overlooking Las Ramblas; it was quiet and completely satisfactory.

Well placed hotel, clean, friendly staff

Shower would go hot to cold to hot. Walls were thin. But the air conditioning was great. Also they make you turn in and request your room key any time you leave which was annoying.

Fast and efficient check in/out. Clean rooms. Walkable to many city attractions.
