Check in was easy, parking was convenient. Room seemed a bit grungy. Sheets were dingy appearing. Pretty expensive for its condition.

The only thing that I think can be improved is that bedding stuff, like sheets and towels could be renewed more. They are acceptably clean but can be enhanced if this lovely Inn is seeking betterment.

Staff was great. Room was very affordable. Property run down. Felt cheap.

Great location, quiet for being between 2 major roads, and plenty of parking

Lots of parking and close to our room door. Overall the facility was nice and clean but the hot tub was not functioning which was disappointing. No biggie though. Our only real negative was the front desk staff. When I called ahead of our check in, the woman on the phone didn’t seem to want to help me, was short and ignored my question, it seemed, to make a point that I was bothering her. Then when we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk didn’t say hello, but greeted us with, “Reservation?” and “Name?” Not very welcoming, but I wouldn’t have thought as much of it if the first representative wasn’t so rude. I think the front desk staff could work on their friendliness and helpfulness - this is what most travelers come to expect from hotels, as it is literally the hospitality business.

The room was nice & clean. There is plenty of parking and seemed to be safe. Try to get a third floor room. We were on the second floor and for one night, the people in the room above us were loud (walking hard and a creaking noise from our ceiling.

We were disappointed overall. We have been on the road for two weeks, and this motel was our worst. So sorry!😞

Last resort. The bathroom was dirty, we did not use the comforter or blanket but went to Walmart and bought a fleece blanket instead. The air conditioner wouldn't work; they knew it but came up and did something to make it come on. It's either off or on. No adjustment to the temperature. The lining of one of the window curtains had chunks out of it so light came through the holes. We considered making a 👀. There's not a restaurant on property.

Staff was very friendly but the suite was grungy and in need of repairs. There was a large hole in the bathroom door, no locks on any doors, and the shower was filthy. Unfortunately we didn't see anywhere else in the area that looked much better otherwise we would've left and gone somewhere else.

The park was closed because of govm't shutdown. The property was clean and comfortable.

Rooms are clean , in need of a few repairs

The internet is unusable. It constantly stops working. This hotel has known about this issue for many years based on the numerous complaints from customers. You pay good money to be able to use amenities listed and you count on those amenities for work related needs, when the internet does not work it is more than just an inconvenience, it can be detrimental to your job. The hotel should not list wifi as an amenity until they do something to fix this ongoing issue. As I write this review I have lost internet connection several times; simply unacceptable!

We had 5 adults so the large suite worked well for the group. The hotel itself is fairly average. We only stayed one night in a stop over to Victoria BC so it was convenient and the price was right. Check in stay were very friendly and quick
