To be clear, this is a university residence so do not expect a mid tier executive hotel experience. It is clean, quiet, convenient, close to retail and restaurants (no on site food), and is affordable. I will stay here again, but some might not like the absence of a coffee maker, hair drier, large television (it had a desk top model), or the lack of on site food. How many amenities so you actually use in a hotel?

While I understand this is a student residence, it is being marketed like a hotel and the current setup does not justify the high price. Upon arrival, the front desk was unattended for three minutes, and when I asked about nearby restaurants, the girl working was not sure where to go. Basic amenities like complimentary coffee, nearby water, or ice were completely missing. To make matters worse, the TV had no volume and the remote control is not working. If you are going to host paying guests, the staff and rooms need to feel much more welcoming. I’d rather stay in a cheaper motel.

Suitable accommodations, although parking spots in the lot seemed limited.

When we got there it looked like a hospital felt like a hospital it was clean but....furniture need a major upgrade ,beds were so uncomfortable sorry but I wouldn't stay there again for the price we paid wasn't worth it

we really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We stayed just for one night while we were passing through and it worked out great.

Accommodations acceptable. Basic but sufficient. Dislikes the Hot Rod events in parking lot and side road for wannabes racers. The engines rev and stop then the exhaust pop and crackle past midnight. Difficult to sleep

A ramp by the entrance would be useful for moving luggages and the use of the trolley. Unaware that the entrance doorway was a bit raised, our luggage’s fell off the trolley. Staff was nice. The rooms were really just dorms so that was a bit of a disappointment. As a family of 4, my children were not thrilled the sleeping arrangement was separated by a wall.

My sheets were dirty. The shower sprayed the whole bathroom, leaving a bit of a mini flood in the room every time we showered. When I told the housekeeper, they said they would have someone come and fix that while we were out and they never did. I had to go ask for new towels, cause I needed the towels to clean up the water from the shower. When I talked to the front desk about it, they didn’t even apologize or seem concerned at all

Check in was ok. The room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in there. It was not very clean, literally afraid to touch bedding. This place is were dreams go to die. Best solution was to pack up and drive 3.5 hours home in the middle of the night.

Our son was Graduating from the Nursing program so we wanted somewhere close to stay. We stayed in the 4 room accommodation. It was perfect! 2 bathrooms which was nice. 2 fridges as well as a microwave. Towels, soap and shampoo where also provided. There is no dish cloth, dish soap, dishes, cutlery, cups or tea towel, so be sure to bring your own. Also no kettle, but we just heated water in the microwave. Free wifi and each room also had access to a T.V. I would recommend and I would stay again.

I went for an event in the TRU campus, so it was convenient to get to the venue but there no tea or coffee maker in the room no cups, dishes or utensils neither is there iron or cooking appliances.

It is more than expectation. Enough space to stay for 8 people. (4 beds and 2 baths) We like the common space for all of us inside in suits. The cost is quite reasonable. We might visit again if I visit Kamloops.
