I was there 3 nights we were 3 adults first night was fine the next night we walked in to a room that the blankets had just been tossed back on the bed had not been made the counter in the washroom was not wiped down and we had one set of towels missing this was at midnight ! However the next morning on my way out I mentioned it to the front desk and it got resolved

Room was clean and the staff we dealt with were wonderful. The night reception was super helpful and very friendly

The room was good and clean. The mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Didn't like the noise later at night from neighboring room where kids screamed and jumped. According to the person at the front desk, Expedia made a mistake and booked the room for disabled person. Luckily, the room we wanted was available.

Great spot! Family friendly! Great location! Rooms were clean and quiet. The pool area and gym were also excellent! My kids loved the water slide! Close to the casino which is nice for the adults!

Always great place only thing at times a few kids running up and down the halls…and a little busy in the pool area.

Room was nice, clean, bed comfortable, we did not spend much time at the hotel. The only issue we had was we made our reservation back in January and when we arrived, the room we had initially ordered was not available and was given an alternative room not an upgraded room.

Friendly, great staff, quiet, and breakfast is great! I just want to comment to the breakfast lady, it’s 10am some guest try to grab some food and staff she’s in a hurry to remove the food in the tray, feel bad for the guest? Other than that I’m happy with our stay. Thanks.

I was in room 206 right above the pool. The room was hot and the AC was so loud.

Good , clean hotel , great staff , very helpful . Just a little far away from downtown if you don’t have a vehicle it’s a little inconvenient .
