Was acceptable but shower was in bedroom and toulet in the hot water heater room made it somewhat awkward when staying with family in both bedroom and living room.

Je regrette l'absence de conciergerie au delà dune journée. Pour cette raison je ne reviendrai que si je dois rester sur Paris durant tout le séjour. Ce qui tres peu probable.

Dog was barking next to our apartment all night ,bathroom was dirty,Monday receptionist for 20 mins late I almost miss my flight ,However Vanessa was amazing and more friendly .

Under the Olympics constraints the hotel was great

It’s super safe and quiet area with paid parking available, only concern is no room make up if you are staying under a week.

Great location for public transportation & shopping center is just a few minutes walk only complaint is room could of been touched up prior to arrival.

There were ants in the room I was in and they didn’t do anything about it. I also asked for room cleaning on one of the days of my stay and I didn’t receive it

The key card stop working next day, but it was quickly fixed over the phone with a card replacement.

Bon séjour. Le seul bémol est la baignoire très usée ( une douche serait mieux) et le manque de rangement pour les vêtements car il y a une pièce non aménagée ds la chambre. Personnel très à l écoute et réactif qd problème

Was ok carpets very dirty, lift you need to wait for ages and the receptionist has other priorities rather than the clients however good location and close to the metro and cheap

No late check out option. Cleaning lady wanted to kick us out of the room asap by noon

Easy check in and there are rules to follow. Just make sure you take out your own trash and if you want new sheets or towels it’s 3 euros to wash and 3 euros to dry. As an English speaker I was nervous but the staff was kind and accommodating to our party (3 adults and 2 toddlers). We had a one bedroom and a studio and it had everything we needed for 8 days. Not too far from several markets and train stations and there’s a bus stop right in the front. Easy, clean and nice stay. A little expensive trying to Uber to Paris and Disney Paris based on location but I preferred that since we didn’t have to battle tourist crowds. Great stay!

no room service, that was an extra that had to be paid for. we got 1 free service over 12 nights must have been in the fine print that i'm still trying to find. some staff were a bit abrupt to talk to.
