Amazing little place. Fantastic rooms. Beautiful views. Very good quality service. Have not got a bad word to say about this place. Hope it can reach full potential after the Covid restrictions disappear.

A throwback to the glory of Spanish of old. A grand lobby and staircase with many old paintings and sculptures. The beauty of the hotel is only overshadowed by need of maintenance though the room and interior is extremely hygienic and comfortable. The staff cared well for the guests.

Loved the ambience in the hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Similar to UK guest house in facilities as no telephone in room or lift. Snacks available but no formal dining facilities which is a shame as Alhaurin is a 7 Euro ride away. Would consider visiting again as the staff's pleasant attitude makes the place.

I have used the Mirador several times over the last 20 years. It is ideal for a short break and is the least expensive place I have found around Alhaurin el Grande, so good value. Only simple meals are available in the evening - microwave friendly. There is no lift, so the single flight of stairs can be a problem.

Lovely setting but hotel is basic. Ensuites small but plenty of hot water. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is also basic - bread roll and coffee, banana and cake or biscuit. If your looking for a basic cheap hotel in a good location then this will be fine. Wifi not really works unless your downstairs. Would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights in November - Good value - Would stay again. Hotel was quite, room clean and bed comfortable. En-suite had short bath with shower over. Breakfast was coffee and tostada. Hotel located about a 25 min walk from town centre (illuminated pavement)

Very nice entrance to the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are too small and a bit rundown, same with the en-suite bathroom. The walls between rooms are not sound insulated and you can hear people next door.

The rooms were very basic and small. Bathrooms cramped and dated. The staff did not appear happy at their work and there was very little interaction. Breakfast was basic continental with nothing hot. Bar staff had trouble finding a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. The pool area is lovely but we had to ask for the gate to be unlocked at 11.30 when it should have been open at 11am which we feel is too late. The only place to sit in the evening (area around pool closed at 8 pm) was in front of the hotel on a fairly busy road. On a positive note it is only 30 minutes from Malaga airport so would be OK for an overnight stop. Would definitely not recommend it for a longer break. We were using the 4 sunbeds that were around the pool and another couple asked staff if there were any more only to be told no! This was a complete lie as we had seen at least 10 in open view on the driveway adjacent to the pool. We helped them bring them down to the pool side.

The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the room and facilities were poor. I would say a single room made into a twin. Two beds with a gap of about 10 cm between them . Tv and internet had been having problems.and no in room facilities. Cheap enough but wouldn't recommend

This hotel is very pleasant but lacks certain amenities, there was no lounge apart from the foyer of cafe tables and chairs, no restuarant open, the lovely garden overlooking the valley was closed off, apparantly they do not open it until June. The rooms were a good size, clean but very cold at night. The staff, although limited spoken english were very friendly and helpful.

slightly old-fashioned Spanish hotel, friendly, not too efficient when it comes to breakfast. Spectacular view from window. Good shower, heating now in winter a bit weak. Was there before, would go again.

The hotel was about a mile out of town. I booked 3 Triple rooms and on check in were given 3 completely different rooms including a disabled room and a box room. The bed was very comfortable but at night time there were no light outside the room and I banged my head on the metal hanging light. Unusually you have to be buzzed into hotel at all times which was a pain. Breakfast was very limited. Once selection had gone then there were no refills for other guests.

Not a holiday hotel . More of a one night stop over hotel. Breakfast is toast, coffee and fruit. Resturaunts and shops are approx 1 mile walk. Bathroom really needs updating . Rust and mold on most things . Beds clean and comfy .
