I liked and didn't like the location. It was a bit off the main paths which I liked the quiteness and I prefer off the beaten path, but it was hard to find. My google maps sent me down a couple dead ends. Nice simple breakfast every morning included but some fruit would be nice to add to it. Staff were all very friendly. Comfortable bed, good shower.

A lovely old hotel with very friendly staff, cleanrooms and a great breakfast.

No soundproofing, so on our second night we could hear the guest below snoring and talking as if he was in our room.

Great location, reasonable price, great service. Couldn't ask for anything else. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very nice and polite lady was serving breakfast.

The best location

Room was uncomfortably hot, air conditioning didn't work. Room stunk of damp, mould on the wall. To top it all off my son, husband and myself are all covered in bed bug bites.

Continental Hotel was excellent. Serivce all around were superb. Defenetly I would stay again if possible and recommend others.

Thought the hotel was great. Middle of Venice couple of minutes from st marks square. Staff were great. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean. My small complaint is was really hard to find apple google maps not having it due to tall buildings and small walkways. Perhaps a downloadable map just from st marks square. Absolutely fantastic end to my trip.

Hotel is in good location. Had to pick up keys from another hotel as arrived at midnight then were taken to the hotel. Would have been tricky to find in the dark. Room was comfortable with good shower. Reception staff and staff at breakfast were all very cheery and helpful. Watch out for the seagull stealing food if sitting outside for breakfast. Overall good experience.

Property could use some attention to detail. It wasn’t as clean as I would like but not horrible either. The bedding was clean. The corners of the room needed cleaning. Great location and the staff answered my questions

Perfect for anyone visiting Venice. Went in March so not too hot. Good location, everything within 5-10 minute radius.

The hotel entrance is hard to find as it's tucked in around a corner in an alley. But the people are all friendly and the room is clean but a little smaller than I thought. The location once you find it is excellent. Lots of shops and not too far from water bus or St. Marks Square. Breakfast is good but small; no fruit. I enjoyed my stay.

This is possibly the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff on the desk were not very helpful. There was nowhere to safely leave bags when checking out. So, if you need a late check out or a hotel that has a "safe" storage for your bags, stay elsewhere. It was also extremely difficult to find at the outset, as Google maps takes you to a street 50 yards away.

Staff was friendly. Good location in Venice.
