Staff members were amazing here and deserve a lot of credit for their customer service! The main issue I had was the bed. The springs and the bed itself are not comfortable. Very hard and woke up in pain.

Hotel is great with kitchen & dishes provided. No oven but 2 burner cooktop & microwave available. Clean, comfortable bedding, There is a table,sofa, & good desktop with plenty of space & adequate computer hookups. Breakfast was very good with adequate range of selections, Ot is also dog & cat friendly.

Made and received confirmation, only to be told after traveling that I did not have a reservation. Bad business!!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful but the property itself seems like it could use some repairs and updates (ex: baseboards were in bad shape or even torn up in some places). The free breakfast was great. The pack and play they gave us was old and smelled musty and didn’t have sheets (good thing we brought our own!).

Clean and quiet. No sidewalk near the rear entryway was inconvenient.

Pros: Free laundry, decent breakfast options. Cons: several rude staff members made our extended stay uncomfortable. Some staff were regularly preoccupied with their own personal cell phones. Pool was drained for construction storage and this was not communicated at time of reservation. Room was dirty and had several items that were damaged or in disrepair upon our arrival. The hallway air conditioner was not functioning and made things very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, I expected better quality. Booking through a third party also made things more difficult for us. I will not use a third party service again.

We stayed one night. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. We were quickly given another room that was ready. Clean and comfortable.

Towels and bathroom had hair on them and in it. No one available for check in. Temperature in the room was difficult to regulate.

Room smaller than thought. Breakfast just okay.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night and we had a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and the room itself, although a bit claustrophobic, was cozy and comfortable. There were a lot of room amenities that we enjoyed like the kitchenette. We would definitely visit again!

It was good the only thing is my pillows sucked they had no firmness to them so I was laying flat. Other than that everything was pretty good.
