Great stay, very clean room and hotel, easy access from service.

V good price though shame you have to pay 5 for parking on site. Good rooms. Though a little hot. Couldn't see a way to turn temperature down. Breakfast was great. Evening meal was also surprisingly good!

Very comfy bed and an option of room service. Also, lots of toiletries available free at the desk. Would definitely book again.

Menus have v or vg but not gf I was given a huge folder to read that seems to be convenient for the hotel but seemed to me like gf customers are not really catered for. Most restaurants put gf on menus please change

Room again was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, slight problem with heating however soon sorted, staff kept us informed, great stay once again, Dine in with breakfast and dinner was great value, another great stay.

Value for money

The room was freezing when we arrived had to turn radiator on and took a good hour to warm up the proceeded to make banging noises all night. The bed would have been better king size and softer as too firm! On the plus side the check in was easy, not happy about the extra parking charge. The hotel is quiet.

There is a charge for parking unless you book direct with the hotel. It’s in the hidden small print! The room was clean and spacious we had to ask for the heating to be turned on in our room so it took ages to warm up which wasn’t great! Walls are paper thin which isn’t great when you have noisy people in the room next door which we did. Hotel staff were helpful.

The room was very clean and comfy, we had a great sleep, enjoyed the bar and hotel menu, staff were great very friendly and helpful, would stay again, overall excellent value.

A functional hotel. It is clean and functional with great staff. The price is always at around £49 which is great for traveling to Manchester, Liverpool areas during peak season. Location wise is a bit out there but that's why the rate is £49 and not £94.
