The property was great and the staff was awesome ! Would definitely stay here again. We have a wonderful time.

Everything at the Hotel Indigo was good except that they charged $30.00 per night for parking. City parking down the street was $15.00 a night.

Room very nice lived big shower

Location, room, amenities, service all great. A microwave in room could help, however, I knew there wasn’t one before I booked. The only issue I had was parking. (And it was made very clear to me the valet service had “nothing” to do with the hotel. The messaging app works fine, I think it’s more the customers. People call for their car, then don’t leave the room. There is only room for about 5 cars, if you don’t come get your car in a timely fashion you block everyone from getting out. I haven’t come up with a solution yet. Working on it! :)

Close to arena, shopping, restaurants.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, but would have preferred to park myself instead of the required valet parking.

The room was very nice,the only thing we didn’t like is that can be cleaner we found lost of dust accumulated on the tvs Olson there was a stain in the couch that looks like blood

Outstanding staff. Great Security. And the employe's are very nice and cooperative. Restaurants are in walking distance.

In general, we liked the Hotel Indigo. The rooms are ample in space and the bed sheets are so soft-wonderful! Surprised no real glasses or mugs. Plastic cups speak “cheap.” The shower was the best hotel shower we’ve experienced. Staff is professional and personable. Valet parking only, and that was a cost we hadn’t anticipated. Location is walkable to some area restaurants. Small complaint about lack of toilet paper and coffee condiments.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was awesome. Very clean. All staff very helpful & friendly.

Stayed here several times and always a great experience. Well-designed and spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Easy walk to downtown attractions and the charming Montford Park neighborhood.

Great overnight getaway. Everyone from the frontdesk to valet was very professional and cheerful. Had a one bedroom suite on the 12th floor. Awesome view

I like that is was walkable to most things.

The people

I loved how close the property was to downtown. Aside from one Uber to a brewery about 5 miles away, I was able to easily walk everywhere else all weekend long. It was very convenient.

Very conveniently located and the room was amazing. The only thing is that parking is expensive. The rest was perfect

The hotel is nice. As much as it costs to stay there, I wished they offered free coffee during the day/evening hours and free parking!! Parking or lack of parking is ridiculous. I had to pay for Valet parking daily and didn't even use my vehicle during my entire stay there.
