Their breakfast buffet is amazing-one of the best I have had. They also surprised me on my birthday, by delivering a card and chocolates!

The room was a delight. The staff (reception and restaurant) very attentive. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread. The Hotel is very close to the lake and the castle. The bus stop is just outside. Train station is a bit further away (not recommended.

It is a quick trip through Bled for a wedding.

We did not sleep very well for two nights because of the noise in the hotel. The hotel rooms are not soundproofed. You could hear everyone running up and down the corridors, talking loudly, and making noise. The positive side of the hotel, it is in a good location - Just a few minutes walk to the lake and to the castle. There are a choice of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel lobby and dining room are very nice. The staff are friendly.

Very convenient location to reach castle and walk around lake. Staff was excellent. Room and bathroom were small though nice.

Hotel is in a great location so you can walk to everything. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean. I would stay here again.

The hotel was close to the bus station. The entrance was very spacious and tidy. The staff was very friendly. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage. On the other hand, hotel room door did not close automatically, the door had to be closed by hand. The bathroom was small. The water is the sink did not drain well.

Comfortable, modern furnitures, goods out-view from a balcony, easy parking, wonderful breakfast. A smaller pillow and a bit harder bed would have been better....

Wonderful experience.

Less than 10 min walk to lake bled, the castle trail entrance, bathhouse and many restaurants. Staffs are friendly. Pool is part of their spa service not included in your hotel fee, I think it’s extra charge of eur10. Breakfast is solid with full spread of cooked eggs, vegetables, baked goods and fruits. The home made yoghurt and juices are really really good.

The hotel od very pleasant and the spa od great. Only some spots in the room were not very clean. The biggest problem was the noise at 7AM, because the workers decided to adapt the rooms and throw walls from the second floor from the balcony. I was not able to hear the TV how loud it was. It woke me up every morning. Those type of works should not be done while guests in the hotel.

Service is AMAZING! There was a tango dance sessions the night we checked so no parking on site. The front desk gentleman moved a xar for us so we could park. Breakfast is great as well. It’s not on the lake but very close and an easy walk to everything. Our room door did have damage to it so my husband barricaded it with our luggage just in case. Hallway carpet is very old. In room air conditioner took a while to get cold but it worked. Room was large with a lot of space.

This was a lovely property and the staff were really lovely and helpful. On arrival they presented us with a map and suggested activities to undertake that afternoon before the onset of terrible weather the next day. The breakfast was sensational. The room was quite small and the Wifi in the room was hopeless but ok in the breakfast room. It’s convenient location and undercover parking for our car were worth the couple of negatives.
