Great value for money especially for solo travellers and the single room. Location a few minutes walk from the bus stop and really easy to get around the island. Plenty of restaurant choices locally for dinner including the hotel restaurant. All reasonably priced and good food options.

Hotel Jeni is close to everything: shops, restaurants, transportation, etc and staff are exceptional!

They take advantage if something is not included.

Hotel in a very good location, na car parking but still very well-kept, clean, tidy. Incredibly nice servic, I believe that people make this place even more enjoyable and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Friendly ambience!

Under staffed, none too friendly, over priced, no attention to detail, musty room, mean with shower gells. Go to Greece. You’ll get a better welcome.

One night stop over on way from Ciutadella to airport, gave me the chance to go up El Toro

Hotel centrally located on the island, so it is great place to stay if you are planning to see a lot of Menorca. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and hospitable. The surrounding community is quiet, clean, and safe. I chose the half board option and the dinner was really great with regional and Spanish cuisine. Great value.

Very nice and small hotel. WiFi wasn't so great in my room (I guess to far away from AP). Service was very good and friendly. Mercadal isn't so super-touristy, but there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby; and the town is right at the Me-1, the main road from Mahon to Ciurtadella. The hotel is close to the bus stop and a free car park. Given that Mercadal is pretty much in the centre of Minorca, it is a good base for trips around the island. The walls are a bit thin, so you get a bit of noise from other people in the other rooms.

Extremely clean, basic but bright and airy room and en suite with outside window. Very friendly staff. Great value for money.

We arrived later than we thought but nothing was too much trouble, even got us something to eat! Nice friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay. Only downside was there was a kettle but no other tea making facilities in our room! but not to worry!!
