Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Big balcony. Fridge in room is a bonus.

You can hear the noice from the other rooms. TV on at 2 AM in the other room. Guests talking. Was really hard to sleep.

Thb hotel is the best

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and catered for everything we asked for. Very very clean and I’ve never seen a pool being looked after so well. We were half board and every meal was made to order, not hanging around on a hot plate like an AI buffet style. On the last day the hotel manager came to say goodbye and did all she could to make our last day really comfortable as our flight wasn’t until after midnight. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic hotel next door to The Ocean Beach club ( you get free entry before 3pm). Very chilled atmosphere. It is clean and comfortable. It serves tasty food and fab drinks. Couldn’t fault it really

Beautiful relaxing pool , amazing food and staff and gorgeous room

I love staying at this location it was close to the beach ⛱️. It was right door to O beach club which offers a day party. Since i booked with Expedia. We get a free pass to get into the O beach club before 5pm each day. After 5 its 35 euros. The food for breakfast and lunch were good and not expensive. It was also walking distance to other bars and restaurant. My only complaint is I wish the pool stayed open past 7pm. Shoutout to Celina for the best drinks.

Great experience! Special thanks to Mr. Ramon from reception and Ms. Esbe and in the restaurant service amazing service from Mr. Carlos! The club next by the hotel (does not belong to the hotel) O beach Club - Service was not the best! Especially from one lady which is supervising the lockers who called us liars because of their problem with the lockers system and during work having a lollipop and calling guests liars is not accepted at all!! Terrible service from that lady!

Stayed in many hotels in San Antonio over the years and this was fabulous for me (off season) huge rooms with large shower area in bathroom and versatile shower . Fridge in room also a kettle and complimentary tea coffee and camomile tea. Would not hesitate to book again ! The pool area comfortable and free entry to the pool party next door until 5pm when they are on .

The worst hotel in the world

Staff went above and beyond for us, filled us in on what’s best to do straight from the second we got in even though it was at midnight! Pool and bar were both great and would definitely stay again!
