Great spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had toiletries, hair dyer and a bidet. Would not hesitate to return again.

Great location but we arrived on Sunday evening and the restaurant was closed. We did manage to get a meal in the services next door. We also took breakfast there next morning, as the waiter in the hotel cafeteria was so rude to my wife. Reception staff throughout our stay were most helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped.

The staff were amazing, the room a little run down but not at all bad. The on site restaurant was delicious and service there top notch.

The staff was very helpful during my stay. I had to show my record of payment through the app that they honored. The halls smelt of smoke, but the room did not. I ate next door at the cafeteria twice and my food was ready quickly. There was a party in the courtyard but I couldn’t hear it over the air. The a/c gets COLD! They also let me store my luggage for a few hours after checkout which was so helpful. Thank you!

Surprised by the excellent hotel in a service area off the main road. Very quiet. Really nice property with large comfortable bedroom. Used good cafe in the adjacent petrol station, which had good choice and good quality. Versus helpful staff. Would use again.

Quite satisfying for a road hotel. The nearby gas station doesn’t bother at all. Cozy, silent and modern room. A stone throw from the frontier, you can reach Badajoz (Spain) or Elvas (Portugal) in a few minutes. Staff was kind and attentive.

This was an excellent hotel which serves the purpose of an overnight stay en route. Not convenient for city of Badajoz and evening meal at 9.00 pm is a little late for people not used to eating late. There is a very convenient restaurant at the fuel station next door where the waiter was very pleasant and helpful.

Very convenient for motorway when travelling from Spain to Portugal. No road noise as excellent double glazing. Very good value for money.

It was a great room for the night; very spacious with all amenities excellent. Close to major shopping centre and freeway to Lisbon.

It was very good and comfortable but no cafe or restaurant was open neither outside locally or in the hotel. We had no food but managed to find some bread and cheese in hipercor. Not a great idea for a hotel restaurant to be closed.

Not much to say, I’m used to United States service ethic. In either Spain or Portugal that is difficult to find. In Madrid I arrive at noon check in was at two. They are prompt about those things. In this place I arrived at 1, had to come back at four, and still had to wait for check-in....

Good hotei, with ample covered parking on a hot summer day, rooms are good, toilet clean, hotel kept in good condition despite its age, breakfast very good with lots of choices, but internet was slow compared with other places we stayed.....and yes, no tea/coffe facility, and no mini fridge...essential on a hot spanish day in august...
