The was our second stay. We had a great stay the first time, pretty much perfect. I really wish the property still offered free EV charging. I don’t understand why they switched to chargers with more outdated charging plugs and pay as you go model. That being said, the charger still works and is affordable. No AC, which for its price point is disappointing. Pool was also closed early on our second day. Wish we got to use it and had AC for its price point but still comfortable and clean

The staff was great. We were able to check in early . The room was clean & very well appointed. Pool & hot tub were great. We used the bikes to tour Victoria . Excellent location

The location is excellent with an easy walk to the harbor and lots of attractions. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

The Parkside hotel is a lovely place to stay in Victoria. Easy walking distance to the harbour and other attractions. Our one bedroom suite was very comfortable with a fabulous kitchen enabling some self catering. We highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional front desk staff at check-in. We were provided with early room access and enjoyed the gorgeous roof top deck. It is large, beautifully landscaped and offers multiple seating areas and loungers. BBQ too. The gym and indoor pool is well equipped for a full workout. We enjoyed the atrium with tropical plants and koi pond. We took graduation photos inside since it was pouring rain that day.

This was a lovely hotel. Our kids loved the fish pond. You can go and help feed them at 8:30 and 13:00 each day. Lovely large pool with lots of space. The kitchenette was well stocked and would have been great to be there for several days. Lots of focus on reusing and sustainability. The only downside was no AC. They did have fans in the room and did bring us an additional one when we asked but it was tough being in +30 with no AC.

The property is gorgeous, sleek and modern design with elegant and thoughtful amenities. The facilities are amazing and the staff was friendly as well as incredibly helpful! The location is quiet and close to everything yet feels nestled in a beautiful park! I would stay again in a heartbeat and I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was so nicely appointed, aesthetically pleasing, yet felt like home too! Truly brilliant and conscientious design!

Overall, this was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. It had everything! The room itself was amazing and a decent price, with lovely views of the garden. Everything was comfortable and easy. The pool was fun, and my wife used and loved the spa as well. Plus it’s super convenient to walk anywhere in downtown!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Easy walking to downtown harbour, within 8 mins but would be challenging for those with mobility issues. Only frustrating part was the inconvenience of having to use your room key to activate the elevator. It was inconsistent then you get stuck.

Some minor problems with our room were very promptly corrected. The cafe attached to the lobby was overpriced but Cora’s Breakfast restaurant was only a 5 minute walk away. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very expensive without inclusion of parking and breakfast.

Our favourite hotel in Victoria. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. We made the most of the amenities such as the soaker tub, bikes, and swimming pool. Perfect for families and we love how its only a 5 minute walk to the major attractions while being tucked away from the crowded/busy areas.

Good hotel and good and kind staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend. We were with young children and kids loved it. Clean rooms with a nice view of the city, park. Room decore is modern and full size kitchen. The lobby had beautiful pond with fishes. Lovely coffee shop that is open late 7am to 9pm. Free parking lot in the garage of the hotel. Building B welcomes pets. Building A is free of pets. Hotel location is about 10-15 walking distance to the center water plaza. The walk to Miniature Museum is about 10 min walk. Highly recommend Miniature Museum. Loved it.

This was our second stay at the Parkside and it's great! Just a couple of blocks from the Royal BC Museum, it has free parking with in and out privileges for guests! Also includes multiple EV chargers (modest price). The small restaurant is great for a latte in the morning. The large koi pond in the lobby is delightful. The staff are very helpful, the bed was comfortable, location can't be beat, and the price very reasonable. I haven't used the spa, but I'm glad it's there. I'll be back.

Great pool/hot tub. Bikes were a nice perk. Our favourite was the rooftop fireplace! Rooms were decent, nice to have a kitchen and lounge area

Property was okay cupboards in the kitchen were old. Sofa bed had a crappy mattress. It would have been nice to have grab bars in the shower and a full Length mirror!!!!!! Should go without saying. It was okay but I would not stay again.
