Great room and very helpful staff

We had the best experience here for spring break. The rooms are large and have king size beds in the two bed premium suites , such a perk ! The staff went above and beyond , we will absolutely be back

The front desk brought up the romance package that was purchased in front of my wife ruining the birthday surprise. Also there was no diffuser like we called about.

Everything we needed for a short stay with my teenage boys

It was very warm in our hotel room and we were unable to open a window to the outside. Our windows opened up into the lobby., Air conditioning was very loud and ineffective, we were unable to even hear the TV over it. Weopened our windows at night hoping to cool it down however The lobby was very loud so the noise kept us awake. There is two fans in the room to help.

Our stay was amazing! We’re a family of four, and during check-in our son mentioned it was his birthday. Later, the front desk surprised us with delicious cookies and a handwritten card—such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel incredibly special and welcoming! The room was cozy and well located—quiet, homey, and not too busy. The lobby was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely fish pond that added this relaxing and fun vibe. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having a laundry machine was a great bonus. The only small note is that laundry detergent isn’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

The Parkside was perfect for our family trip. Location was great for walking around the city. We loved the pool and the koi fish in the lobby!

Loved having a full kitchen where we made 50% of our meals. One bedroom allowed some privacy between the two of us. The main room with the pullout bed was used by the second person and it was very comfortable. Pool great to do lengths. Location fabulous. 5/minute walk to the downtown area. 20 minute walk south to the ocean. Parking cost high but very convenient for in and out trips. Our room on the 6th floor beside the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Didn’t use the terrace or balcony as it was cold at the end of Feb but would be delightful in the warmer months.

Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby and surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was spacious and bright with all the windows, nice balcony. The bed was comfy.
