The staff is very helpful, we arrived late at night but we still can check in. the hotel is very near to namba station, you can just walking, even late at night in winter just only 10 minutes if you walk with kids and suitcases. there were free ice cream, coffe and tea. I booked a small room that can accomodate my family (2 adults n 2 kids) with very affordable price, the room was warm, they have small bathroom but enough for my family. the hotel next to lawson, family mart, yoshinoya, you just can walk to glico sign.

BEST location! No need for taxis or trains for shopping and eating. InsyaAllah will come back to this hotel. And one more thing. They provide everything we need even more complete than the expensive hotel in the middle of Tokyo that I previously stayed. 😍

Every time I go to Osaka, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Namba area. Food, shopping, trains. All are very close, only about 5 minutes by foot. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful in everything. Hot water, cola drinks, ice cubes, instant noodles, coffee can all be obtained for free in the hotel lobby. Best!

This hotel is amazing. Have pocket wifi from the time of initial check in until check out. Can eat for free every afternoon (ramen) and every Monday and Friday at 5 pm we can try typical Japanese clothes (kimono). If you go to Osaka, definitely go to this hotel. The size is broad standard hotels in Japan. Amazing service!

The rooms are small, but clean, the location of the hotel is very strategic, near everywhere, surely will be back.

It was very pleasant to stay here, the service was friendly, the room was clean, Although it was wrong given the room number info so that the key we received could not be used, but they immediately apologized, and gave the correct room number. The dotonbori hotel is an old hotel. The place is easy to find, located in the downtown area in Namba and close to, Glico Man Sign, for a quick check-in process. but for less clean rooms, the sheets are not replaced. how can i know? Because I was tingling when I was sleeping, I asked for cleaning, only to replace the trash.
