Room was nice and clean, large and spacious. I loved the jacuzzi tub! Newer tv so can watch your own Netflix and Disney plus. Bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and super kind !

Great spot to stay. Was walking distance from restaurants and Costco is across the road. Very clean. Hotel lounge was busy and service was great. Parking was confusing as you had to park at the Keg restaurant parking lot as there wasn’t much options.

Stayed for a night and it was a very comfortable stay, slept very well. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I asked if we could leave our luggage with the front desk because our bus wasn’t leaving until late afternoon. It wasn’t a problem, said yes right away. We had our supper at Boston Pizza nearby and I received a discount because we stayed at this hotel, so that was nice. Stayed here a few times and it’s always a comfortable stay.

When we arrived there was no hydro to the building due to a wind storm. The staff at the desk were able to work around the problem, the old fashion way by working it out. Once our room was sorted out they took us up and let us in. We got our card key later when the hydro was on. The staff were great. Please pass along to the Hampton in North Bay.

The location is great; pricing and quality of the hotel and its amenities.

I like the location

On going construction made arrival tricky and finding the entrance later in the evening was hindered because you have to come in from a certain direction to get to the entrance

The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond her duties. Making calls because I double booked with a third party. Requesting a refund for me. Amazing service even from the third party. Expedia.ca

Awsome stay

Breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. Cheese omelet and blueberry waffles. The entrance to the hotel could be better signed. It was an awkward entrance and i had to go an extra block to make my way, despite Google directions. But North Bay has an odd roadway system.

I liked the room the swimming pool and close to shopping and the restaurant

Nice hotel but staff was never at the desk. One morning they were eating during buffet hours. Our shower didn’t work the best either
