very nice hotel, great option for businesses trip. breakfast delicious

Pretty basic but accommodating staff.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location, very easy to find and shopping centres are close by. If you prefer to use public transportation, the bus stops right at the hotel.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and I am very happy with my stay. Great breakfast and the restaurant is great as well. The room is nice and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights but they didn’t vacuum the floor at all. Toilet had a strong smell. Weak air conditioner airflow. Couldn’t sleep well because the room too hot. Staffs were friendly and helpful at the reception. Foods at restaurant were good.

Easy parking at the location, very clean and nice hotel. Easy access to public transportation. Good food and excellent breakfast. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I missed was having a coffee machine in the room (yes, I am spoiled and use to it).

Very cold in the room, even on highest temp settings. Felt like in construction worker dormitory. The room is very modest, but clean. Reception, bar and breakfast is ok Parking is brilliant

Beautiful stay with great staff and hospitality! I was warmly welcomed with my dog and got everything I needed. I can only comment on the poor wifi in the room and the surrounding area which may be more suitable for an airport hotel.

Nice clean hotel

It is located in the industrial park area and it was very convenient for me since my customer's facility is located in less than 1 minute drive. I have been staying this hotel since they opened and it is starting show the area needed to update or need some maintenance. Other than that all the staff are always helpful specially Paulina who works at front desk helped me to find a coin laundry and make reservation for dinner. It was very nice since I do not speak Czech.

Quiet room, but extremely small.. and overpriced. In an industrial area. On check-in we had to deal with a surly young female employee. Service in the restaurant was almost impossible to get ahold of, and the stated hours and menu were not honored. On requesting an iron, we were told to take our clothes to the "ironing room" which was a WC with an ironing board an iron in it. Only two small towels were provided for two people.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis Pilsn! The area is a bit removed from the main city center (15 minutes drive) and surrounded by industrial. However, the hotel staff and hotel accommodations were great. Food in their restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is quite a nice buffet. We would stay here again.

Extremely goo value for money. We were on business to the south of Plzen, so the location was good, though if you are visiting Plzen for sightseeing the hotel is in the commercial area. Easy to find and plenty of free parking. The welcome was very friendly, and the reception and check in staff was super efficient and made us feel very welcome. The hotel bar, breakfast room, lobby and public areas were nicely furnished, simple and contemporary. The room was also clean and were as expected for a hotel of this budget - the bed and the pillows could have been slightly more comfortable. All in all we were very pleased, and in comparison to other hotels catering for business stays, this hotel was very good, and good value for money. The staff were super!

IBIS Plzen very clean and pleasant 3* hotel in an industrial area of Pzlen. It was very convenient to my business interests. Not close to the city centre.

Comfortable, clean, cold beer, good fried chicken. Only drawback is, it's a workers hotel in the middle of an industrial area. So, not much to do except enjoy the bar. Still, the staff is great, price is right, no complaints. The AC didn't work in my room, but it wasn't hot, so I didn't bother trying to fix the issue.
