this hotel is 97% either Russian or local Turkish residents - therefore bear this in mind. Facilities are good and for an all inclusive experience you cant ask for much more. overall the downside was the pricing I thought was a bit high for what it is - its more of a 4 star experience.

Great

Good balance between area size, sea proximity, services, maintenance and price - excellent value. Areas for improvement: - There were some small sharp metal objects in the sand on the beach - rare, but dangerous. It might help to use metal detector during maintenance. - Dining options are great. However, there might be a breakfast option for these arriving/leaving between 2am and 7am.

Love the Resort. Variety of Food and Restaurants. Access to the Beautiful Beach was very close to the pools area. The shows during the night was Excellent! I have to much Fun dancing, singing and drinking from the bar which is in the same area. They have many areas to take good pictures. The lobby is nice with bar and piano, also they have few stores inside of the hotel. You have an area where you can pay and have your hair and nails done, also a body massage. All was perfect. Rooms was big with balcony, the only negative point is that the air conditioning from the room don't was cool enough. I went with my sister and best friend and we will like to back again.

Wasn’t definitely the feeling of a 5 star hotel.

AC did not work at all in the room, we contacted the front desk several times and every time they gave us different answers on why it was not working. Food was okay. No iron in the room.

Good value for money The beach is little bit further than I am used to but little exercise during vacation won’t hurt.)) Staff is mostly friendly, sometimes tired looking or agitated (massage and shop sellers …little pushy)

All-inclusive resort and it’s very well done - guests are mostly families and a high number of Russian tourists so it’s not for everyone but there’s plenty to do.

Amazing place, great staff. Very delicious food. we almost became friends with a great lady from the fitness, so friendly. We felt really welcome there. Hotel needs some maintainence of many minor thinks. Lifts are not managed properly so it takes time to get one. Small thinks in the room ( shower hose, air-conditioning setting etc) In every case customer care was helping fast. Thank you for that great stay

Megasaray resort side is definitely not a 5* hotel as soon as you walk in everything looks perfect until you actually get to your room and see the facilites 90 percent of the reception staff can not speak even basic english and i found some of the reception staff very rude i asked for an iron sent to my room they said no i have to pay for cleaning service the rooms smelt of cigarettes after i stated i need a none smoking room due to my sons asthma then there was a problem with the balcony door not locking which we didnt feel safe so we asked can it be fixed they sent someone up who then confirmed he could not fix it we then asked to be moved which they said to us impossible because they have no rooms available i know this is a lie because hotels always keep spare rooms for emergencys it took 2 days in to finally get moved the spa area had a horrendous smell like sewege water so i did not use spa i normally stay in rixos tekirova now that hotel is a 5* never had an issue at rixos tekirova and i will never stay at Megasaray resort side again also expedia need to state it is not a 5* hotel because they are charging people as if it is and it is nothing like a 5* there has been many more issues with this hotel it really does need a revamp to be called a 5 star hotel

Overall, great stay In Megasaray, which satisfied our expectations and needs. Staff are super helpful and nice. Special thanks to cooks and waiters. Great workers , super friendly and helpful! I always tipped them (which I’d encourage all guests to do), and we always got best service. Food was great. The proximity to the beach was great. Pools (there are 2!) and slides were very liked by my kids. The only thing that I wasn’t too crazy about was the nightly discos and Entertainment. I do need to say, that we were majorly jet legged, and going to bed at 9-10, and then woken up by 11-12 by the loud music and karaokes singers was far from ideal. The management were trying to offer an alternative room, but we didn’t feel like moving away from the rest of our company. Discos were done by 12, though. Overall, great stay, and we would go back.

Das Essen bzw die Auswahl an Essen war wirklich top! Kleines Manko war die Zimmerreinigung... Es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht und wir mussten 3 mal in 10 Tagen nach neuem Toilettenpapier fragen, weil wir nie neues bekamen... Alles in allem waren wir aber mit dem Hotel zufrieden.

Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü, fiyat performans açısından uygun. Can kurtarıcı çocuk gözümün önünde neydeyse boğulacak küçük bir çocuğu çıkarttı havuzdan. Mert galiba ismi, cin gibi çocuk. Asansörlerde sorun vardı 2 tanesi arızalıydı ve tamir galiba zaman aldı. Ama iyi bir otel genel olarak.

Les repas sont froid. Le wc de la chambre jamais nettoyé . Transat de plage très très sales.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel, das von sehr freundlichem Personal lebt. Zimmer mit komfortabler Ausstattung. Minibar wurde leider nur gelegentlich nachgefüllt. Großes Manko: viel zu wenige Tische zum Frühstück und Abendessen draußen. Wenn man erst wenige Minuten nach Öffnung des Restaurants kam, waren keine Plätze mehr verfügbar. Essen solide, aber nichts besonderes. Negativ fielen die ca. 90 % russischen Gäste auf. Teller wurden überladen, Buffet geplündert, die Hälfte hinterher weggeworfen. Sehr positiv die Aquabar- super leckere Cocktails und nettes Personal.

Jag besökte nyligen Megasaray Resort & Spa med min familj och hade blandade upplevelser. Vädret var fint och poolerna trevliga, men vi blev besvikna på hotellet. Maten: Smaken var okej men inte mer än så. Maten på stranden var bra, men snackbar var ofta stängd. Maten tog slut, det var alltid köer och när något tog slut fylldes det inte på. Det var samma mat varje dag. Man fick alltid vänta på ett bord och det tog tid för personalen att städa upp och lägga nya bestick. Poolen var fin och ren, men madrasserna var mögliga. Stranden var också fin och ren. Underhållningen var hemsk. Det stod att det skulle finnas flera animationsaktiviteter varje dag, vilket inte var sant. Kvällsunderhållningen var medioker och passade bäst för berusade människor. Rummen var okej men städningen var riktigt dålig. Det fanns smuts och sand på golvet efter “städning”. Det stod tomma glas i rummet i tre dagar. Personal gick in i rummet utan att knacka, även när stör ej-knappen var aktiv. Personalen i baren och restaurangen verkade väldigt stressade vilket resulterade i dålig service. De var inte särskilt vänliga och verkade inte veta vad service är. En kväll var det väldigt blåsigt och två parasoller blåste iväg och landade i barnpoolen. Ett stort parasoll blåste iväg och landade på poolbarens bord.
