Beautiful view, great location

Stairwells were unkept. Room was nice but seaview balcony on 2nd floor was on same level as roof that was full of garbage.

Liked: Breakfast was appetizing & variety Comfortable beds Balcony view nice Close parking What we didnt care for: Many animals on property. Dogs relieving themselves outside of dining area No hot tub or outside pool Shower gels empty Inside pool small/cold Late checkout not accomodated after following direction given on how to receive it??

The hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, hotel' staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.We were really pleased with our stay. The only thing. I would like to see more varieties for the breakfast.

Staff very attentive to request. Being a handicap person it was important to have a room that met my needs. The staff went above and beyond making certain we were accessible to our transportation and easy access to my motorized wheelchair. Breakfast was included. Right next to the beach.

Hard to park a large vehicle.

Nice rooms, maintenance man was nice and took care of us when or refrigerator was not getting cold .

I like the convenience of the restaurant pizzeria at location, the warm pool, easy access to everything also like the light decor throughout the hotel staff was pleasant

Great breakfast. We had issues with our toilet not flushing. We were not given cookies with our water because apparently they are not given on the weekends only if you check in on weekdays per the manager.

Staff were friendly, premises very clean and location is unbeatable!

I really loved the location and proximity to the ocean. Staff was courteous. One of the two elevators was broken the two days I was there. Took a while to get back and forth to my room. Room was on 6th floor 606 right across from elevator. I wish my check in clerk would have mentioned that. It was noisy

The customer service was excellent. The air conditioning unit woke us up in the middle of the night because it was so loud!!!

The hotel had pne elevator working. It was terrible for guests as i imagine staff as well. Several times we had to ride with trash cans being removed and hugh laundry bins in the elevator. Other than the elevator the hotel is very good.
