A lovely hotel- intimate, tucked into a quiet corner of the beachfront promenade. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of town, with all of its shops, bars and restaurants. Carnac is a charming beach town, and the Churchill was the perfect spot from which to enjoy a beach holiday. Between the pool, the spa, and the beach, you'll have everything you need. We had a second-floor room with balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, well worth it! Big bathtub to warm up and relax if it rains. Staff were warmly welcoming Breakfast had something for everyone, from eggs to pastries, yoghurt, cereals and local jams. Worth the €19 if you're not eager to trek into town in the morning. And lots of free parking in front of the hotel, even mid-July! So many good restaurants in town, lots of kids, families, grandparents having a good time, and free from the noise and hassle of loud music and garish commercialism one might expect from a beach resort. A wonderful alternative to the bustle and stifling heat of the Côte d'Azur. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful confortable hotel across the street from beach . Very helpful team who go head over heels to help you. The spa is nice to relax after your travels. Room with balcony has views of the ocean. Very relaxing and clean place. I would recommend and would definitely go back. We were off season and it was very peaceful. Good place to rest. The beach has fine white sand, good for walks.

Great experience, helpful friendly staff

Enjoyed our six nights. Great recommendations about local places to visit and for restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the pool most days which was quiet and relaxing. Went to the beach opposite the hotel, about a mile long, beautiful fine sand and shallow, clear water. Was quite busy though. Facilities in the room were second to none. Parked our car on the street outside the hotel for free. Very safe area. Local supermarket about 5 minute walk and many restaurants a short walk or drive from the hotel. Wholly recommend this hotel.

Le Churchill has almost all what you need to have when you are on a vacation trip. Perfect services, clean, all the comfort to feel you immediately at home. This is also due to friendliness and personal contact of the hotel managers and staf. It is located directly at beach of Carnac, hence an ideal place to start your beach hikes or runs.

This is a relaxing and comfortable stay, we stayed five nights and would definitely go back, the staff were exceptional, always on hand without being irritating, as we have found with some high stared hotels, they genuinely want you to have a nice staff. Perfect location on the beach with good parking and a supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Stayed with our friends, on our first night in France. The staff were really pleasant. The hotel was a good twenty minutes walk from the centre (bars, restaurants etc) - but we were lucky with the weather, otherwise it would have been a problem as there wasn't a taxi in sight. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty.

Upscale hotel in every aspect- service, room decor and size, amenities, large sea view balconies, swimming pool and spa. Staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond with helpful tips and suggestions to make the most of our visit and surrounding area. Would highly recommend. Very pleasant breakfast area and bar area as well.

Despite arriving early, our host obliged us by checking on our room and after an extra 5 min we were relaxing in a nice clean well appointed room that over looked the pool and we could see the beach. She also answered all our questions about what to do and proceeded to mark things on the map for us. Thank you! Restaurants are about a 10 min walk from the hotel and there is a supermarket with just about anything you could want an easy 5 min walk. There is also a coffee bar in the reception area which you can also get alcoholic beverages. We used the second day for down time from our busy 2 week vacation and this hotel more than fit the bill.

My wife and enjoyed an excellent stay at this small hotel. The hotel has been very well modernised and was extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the price, for what was offered, was very reasonable. What made the hotel was its quiet position, just off the beach, yet you could enjoy a level walk along the prom, into town for an excellent selection of shops and restaraunts in about 15 minutes.

We spent one night at Le Churchill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. All the staff were lovely, friendly and full of info. The hotel is at the quieter end of Carnac beach, ten minute stroll from the restaurants and bars, and a further 15 minute walk into old Carnac town centre where we went to the night market of crafts and food right by the church. The hotel has a lovely unmanned spa area of steam room and sauna as well as a small outdoor pool - this was so quiet we felt we had sole use of it which we really liked too. Our room was super modern and very clean with nice blackout curtains.

I felt that the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
