Only one spare blanket for two beds. We were assured that sofa bed in family bed was made up but when we arrived it was not made up. Room was cold and could not work out how to turn kn air con. Some written instructions would be helpful.

Loved the access to the beach!

We have stayed here before - it was all lovely except they worked on the room above us it was really loud and the loud staff yelling at each other about the job was Sooo un relaxing apart from this very frustrating time everything else was lovely and really enjoyed the yoga in the morning

Perfectly located away from town. Serene and calming forest outlook, plus great pool

The treetop suite enabled us to see nature up close. It was a stunning setting very close to the wild Tallow beach.

Beautiful property and great facilities

Friendly staff, nice property. Slightly run down rooms and most of the boardwalks were closed as they need maintenance. Food at the Forest resturant was great.

Couch and outdoor lounge cushion seats have stain that I wouldn’t want to sit in them at all. Understand that it’s lightweight construction but I could hear noise from upstairs and from the outside walkway.

Everything was great,especially the service on the front desk. The only letdown was the restaurant, the food was average and there wasn't much to choose from on the menu.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It will take your breath away. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I would give this property 10 Stars. Extraordinary!

My recent resort experience was truly exceptional. Everything, from the ambiance to the room, restaurant, and service, was perfect. We certainly plan to return.

Seriously the most relaxing resort I have ever stayed in. Loved everything about it. The room, the wooden paths through the rainforest to the beach, the pool where you can sit and stare at the view. I will be back. Only stayed overnight this time. Next time it will be longer.
