Property was basic and clean, as expected. Staff were courteous and the grounds are kept nice. Good location!

Everything was easy, clean, good area, staff very helpful

An eye for detail & some regular & timely maintenance would improve this property. Most issues are an easy & cheap fix but it’s like nobody cares. External Cabin walls & windows mouldy/dirty. Broken down appliances (not fixed over 2 week period between my visits), Garden/outdoor furniture form internal room decor, bed quilt too small for bed, Cheap flat pillows no spares, hard bed space in room for extra bench space but none, plates cutlery provided but no pots pans sharp knife etc in either rooms or camp kitchen, cheap poor quality appliances (toaster sandwich maker). Overall, very cheaply (Kmart) fitted out with zero attention to detail & not much maintenance. A shame really. The property is well situated on the lake & far enough off the main road to be quiet.

The holiday park has everything you need, amenities are really good and nice walking around the lake and to the beach.

The staff were wonderful. The cabin was easy to access with my disability. The bathroom floor was slippery....clean but seemed to have a residue on it.

Accommodation very good. Difficult to locate cabin at book in - despite having a highlighted map provided by reception.

People in the cabin next door looked like they were living there and were very noisy. Kids bikes all in front of our cabin. There wasn’t a very big playground for kids. Access to river and beach was good.

Property and grounds were so clean and tranquil. It was unique to see rabbits and ducks at certain times of the day. Very professional and friendly!

My partner and I have stayed at this property 3 times in the last 6 weeks and booked again for a longer stay at Christmas. We love this place its so relaxing, very clean and we just love how close the lake. This will be one place that we will call a second home for us.

Great location with Lakeside villa, very spacious, carport included under building

There was no internet in the property itself, outside was internet but not inside. We have called the security and notified about no internet. Security came and assured us he will escalate the issue next day but no result. Same no internet for two days. I had few important meetings which I couldn’t attend. Very dissatisfied.

The phone lines were down so unable to get a hold of the property for days to work out late check in which was frustrating tried phone, email and facebook. Also wanted to discuss possibly upgrading accommodation which they had emailed me about but then they were unable to attend to this request anyway because I had booked through expedia and then expedia enquiry advised couldn't get back to me within 48 hours which would have been too late. Also was sent all registration online to complete prior to staying but then had a text to say I needed to go to reception regarding registration paperwork, we had something on next morning but we hung around to office opened to only be told it was an error and everything was completed online correctly! This was frustrating as well and delayed our morning plans.

We booked for the studio which looked amazing on the website, well! it was the total opposite when we checked in. The towels on our bed were damped and smelly, the fridge was all mouldy and there was so much dust everywhere, so we contacted the office and Nicole from the office was very apologetic and she upgraded us to a villa. The cleaning supervisor even came to us and said sorry and admitted it was horrible and unacceptable. Even the Villa was disappointing, the cleanliness was so bad I ended up going down to the local supermarket and bought cleaning stuff to clean it ourselves as we didn’t want it to ruin our stay. The whole park looked very neglected, everywhere you look there’s so much mould, the trees and plants are overgrown which is a shame because it used to look so beautiful and well maintained in the past. It’s in the best location in the Northern Beaches and I think that’s the only reason why people still go there, other than that it was a real let down for us.

Fantastic location, friendly staff

We stayed at the Bunkhouse 4 bedroom and it was absolutely awesome! Staff were very friendly and all facilities/ bunkhouse were very clean. There are great cafes directly across the road, alongside the beach and some fun sand dunes! Highly recommend!

The park was well set out. The studio room was basic. The shared kitchen area was well equipped. Location was good.
