Wellness not included in price

When watching Ostrava Open, just walking distance, so best place to stay at. No food after breakfast though, but the supermarket is also walking distance.

Shoetly after booking this hotel (prepaid through the application), I was contacted by a lady which advised me that the hotel was closed due to coronavirus and my reservation was automatically moved to Imperial Hotel Ostrava. On their behalf they did give me an upgraded room at Imperial hotel, however the location was not so convient. I booked hotel Clarion initially to be closer to the airport.

The photo shows all of nice things and wellness and fitness as facility. But all are extra charge and they should mention about that on the website. Also all photos looks much nicer than actual

The wellness center was not open 24/7 and also required additional payment to use even for hotel guests. The daily cleaning of the room was not done in professional manner, just the bed is made and the towels on the floor are changed. The bath tub actually not get washed, even with water!

Nice hotel very close to the Arena. I has most probably gone through some refurbishment, but still feels that it was built long time ago. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff! Very good restaurant!

The good things about the hotel would be the staff that were extraordinarily and probably the only reason this review is not more negative. People in reception were nice but the gentleman who served us in the restaurant twice was out of the higher league, actually all the waiters and waitresses were very polite and attentive. Food in the restaurant was also very good, but the breakfast if you are not there by 9.15 there is not much left. Girl with the tattoos was full of attitude and despite standing in front of her it took 4min to order an omelette (I would have gone for scrambled eggs but there were non left). Despite booking King Size bed I was given a Twin and was told they don’t have any Big beds anymore .. not a deal breaker but left some bad taste. Please note that you pay extra for the gym (didn’t realize until I got there)

Despite making reservation for the superior room I was given the standard one. The difference between them is huge! When I placed the complaint I was said there were no any superiors free and only after I showed using their web that the superior rooms are still available I was transferred to the room I booked. There was really not very nice situation and I believe this is not the best way for making savings. Shame.

Stayed here because it was on our way back to Warsaw. Unbelievable rooms, breakfast, facility and parking for a low price. We had a mini suite with balcony, wonderful bathroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was enormous. Parking very convenient and included in price. We did not make use of all that was offered. Staff was pleasant and friendly. This was in mid June but it seemed almost deserted, that is how quiet it is. It was very easy access to freeways. Area is somewhat industrialized but interesting.

Old school hotel. Very good breakfast,however gym,pool and jacuzzi is not free of charge.

A great place to hole up while waiting to catch a plane out of Ostrava though it is 20km away.

It is a hotel which pretty much tick all the boxes for a business traveller. It is not exceptional or outstanding in anyway, but good enough to secure a good modest overnight stay, piece of mind and decent breakfast. I would most definitely consider staying again the next time i am in Ostrava. (Only real gripe: I did request a Queen Bed in the booking to be given a Twin room but I could not be bothered to raise this issue.)

Rooms are ok... Breakfast needs attention. All hot items were luke warm at best. Location fine and good to have parking (free for me).

i booked with expedia and i wasn sure if i have breakfast or now.. when i checked in they told me you can go to breakfast it is just there... but first day i didnt make it and second i went and when i checked out the man at the front desk didnt ask me even if all was ok only he said u didnt have breakfast included.... so i felt a bit bad.. but i dding have to pay it at the end... they should tell me when i checked in.. i was happy with hotel but not so happy with the front desk as i work in hotel as well and the service they provide me with was kind of 1 star ... and not 4 stars... but i would come back to that hotel... maybe next time i meet better staff than this time...

Good hotel very friendly staff. Not luxury hotel but very functional. Comfy bed.

It was under renovations, will look better once finished.
